I visited as I needed access to some CDJS to prepare for a major competition set which needed to be manipluated in a certain way, the booking process was very easy and straight forward. Althought when I got there I struggled to get in but that was my fault as I did not read the clear instructions properly lol. All the equipment is in very good condition and the premises is welcoming and pleasant. If you are looking for a Pirate Studios style setup this is definitely a facility to use. Not only do they cater for DJ's they also cater for Bands downstairs as well. Perfect if you have not got access to CDJs on a regular basis. Also when I finished my session the owner was downstairs and he is a really nice bloke and accomodating to the clients needs. Wicked Medway Sound !!!

A fantastic space for music in Medway. I booked the DJ Studio. I received clear instructions and information emails upon booking which made it easy to arrive, get in and start playing at that awesome DJ booth. The sound in there is amazing. Definitely booking again!

The whole experience was excellent - the facilities were first class - the engineer was so talented not only with his musical knowledge but also his studio skills in recording and mixing. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for your excellent support.

i very very rarely give reviews but i feel i have to with medway. the booking was simple, i added an hour onto my slot when i arrived which was easy and hassle free. read the email before you arrive and everything is explained.

the space itself is every musicians dream. i used the dj room to record and the space is visually awesome and the sound was great! the price is definitely a plus point too, other studios dont have a patch on this space for that price. nothing but 5 stars for this company.

Great experience at a very reasonable price! Equipment is well maintained and the space itself is great for recording sets. Would love to see the option to equip different mixers (like a DJM V10), but that's just being picky!

Have used Medway sound studios to practice and get footage for my own DJ work, the team are absolutely fantastic, could not recommend these guys enough. Communication is always fast and helpful, studios are amazing and the price is always good. We used the team to supply and setup for our engagement party and once again they were absolutely flawless, great work and keep it up, thank you

The facilities for practice were impeccable. Everything worked as it should. The environment was supportive and I could certainly imagine streaming a set from here in the future.

Medway Sound went above and beyond in supporting a vulnerable young adult with his first DJ session. They were very patient and accommodating, the young person felt at ease and this has further developed his love of developing his path in the music industry. Thank you!

Excellent facilities and equipment- very good

Great room. Easy to get to and park and unlike many places a decent PA system. Sadly we had a problem with the bass amp which we couldn’t fix and ended our session just over half way through. We were unable to contact the owners who didn’t respond to a phone message or the chat box on their website (and still haven’t) Also I found the website and booking to be a lot more hassle than it needed to be.

My point about customer care stands and your response to the feedback demonstrates my reason for scoring lowly. Getting back to us and a simple apology for our interrupted session would have been easy to do and we would have readily accepted. We know these things happen and we know you operate on tight margins. Instead you have chosen to suggest the damage was our fault and we didn’t respect your facilities. A missed opportunity to show you care about your customers.

Lee was responsive, friendly, professional and reliable. His DJ equipment was fantastic and the sound system was awesome! The colours made the room look really special and we had the most incredible party. Thank you Lee and team for doing such a brilliant job.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. With these guys you get what you pay for and so much more. They made my husbands surprise 50th even better than I thought it could be. Highly highly recommended

We love this place. It’s like our home ground! It sounds great, it’s got funky look and we can really write and vibe here. We don’t go anywhere else, Medway Sound is IT!!

The perfect rehearsal space - but keep it to yourself and don’t tell anyone, we don’t want it to get too busy. Mum’s the word!

Medway sounds has some great facilities, I came down for my first visit to record a mix and was looked after really well by the staff, very helpful and gave me some great details on all the kit.
This is a great space if you are a DJ, Producer or musician.
I will be back very soon!

Another great evening making lots of noise in a well equipped friendly studio. I attend regularly and would recomend to any DJ. Or Band who wants to practice properly
