Quick, easy, thorough, respectful, cost effective. What's not to like
I paused my subscription and was later charged $399 for an automatic renewal that I did not intend to continue. I immediately requested a refund, but despite multiple emails, I only received the same generic policy response and no individualized review. I have not used the medication or services associated with the charge, yet the company refused to issue a refund or credit. Very disappointing customer service.

The nurse was very helpful and friendly. I missed our initial call time and then she had to call me back because I was having phone issues - she was very understanding and patient, which I really appreciated! I'm very excited to start on the medicine and hopefully start seeing results soon.
Excellent communication. This doctor was wonderful at explaining problem, and also in safe guards for me to follow so this does not happen in the future.
I'm very happy with the medication and my results. She did inform me on upping the dose after the second week. I've just kept it at 2.5. I have 10 more pounds to my goal.
I started with MedVi as of last Friday, a friend of mine has had great success. When speaking to customer service, I was hesistant due to SALES scams. He assured me I was locked in at a discounted rate for the duration of my subscription. When I went back to my dashboard to set up appointments, sure enough, it was a sign-on special. I have called and asked to speak to a supervisor 4 times since then, each time I get the run around, I've asked for a refund (no call back even after I was told an hour), they don't respond. I 've asked them to check the recorded conversations, they would hear the FALSE advertisement, but they are avoiding me for the sale. BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW THROUGH!
Response to Medvi-6/25, your specialist did review and sent an email response, after I requested you listen to any and all recordings that you said are used for training and review. As well, since I hadn’t heard back and medicine arrived, I started it knowing I’m canceling the subscription and moving to RO in July. Your practitioner also didn’t call in nausea meds as she indicated. I called two days ago and no response. Unacceptable service!

She was helpful with suggestions on what to try so success would be more attainable.
