My entire experience from ordering, to the frequent updates throughout the shipping process was greatly appreciated. There was a slight delaying during shipping. But it wasn't due to Medvape. If you know Posten in Norway, then you know. Product was better than expected. All in all, everything was/is topnotch. I will definitely be recommending, and also using again. Thank you

When looking at the website and the one with .nl I was a little curious why they had 2 websites that looked very ugly and scammy. Then I read the reviews about people saying they had to wait weeks. But I couldn’t resist the insane low prices they had. So I ordered somewhere at night. From Sweden to Netherlands. I’m happy to say these guys are super legit. Not only do they act super fast, they also ship insanely fast. And with prices like they’re selling with, this is the best place to order vape related stuff. Super happy with my Solo 3. Thanks for the little extra gift (the grinder).

Got a Munchies Delta vape, very very rough on the throat and not too strong, otherwise its a very mid vape but the website is nice and legit. Called customer support about my order and answered right away.

This website is a scam. I placed my order a week ago, they still haven't sent it. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.
UPDATE following the website’s post:
Their request for more information came only after they claimed they had “tried to reach out.” In reality, they replied here without ever attempting to contact me directly. My experience and my review is genuine.
I placed my first order with them on 11.6. and received an email on 12.6. saying the item was about to ship. Then nothing for 11 days. No replies to multiple emails or WhatsApp messages. Unreachable by phone. That’s when I posted my review.
The item was finally dispatched on 23.6. and delivered on 1.7. When I asked for clarification about the delay, they went silent again before eventually admitting they had distribution problems.
I amended the review from 1 star to 2 because the item was eventually delivered. But throughout, they made no effort to respond to my messages or to inform me of the delay (which I would have understood). For 11 days, my calls and messages were ignored while no item was shipped, which led me to believe this was a scam. It is apparently not, but be warned that their customer service is virtually nonexistent.

I had to pay for shipping even after it arrived! Requesting a refund, I paid shipping twice! Shipping cost more than the product. Once $20 to you and once to UPS! Another $54!

I've been buying Medvape for a little while now. Generally their products are good and shipping is excellent. But the customer support isn't the best. I received an order a while ago, it was a vape and it came leaking. I took pictures of it, threw it away and contacted customer support. They wanted a picture of it without the packaging but I had not taken one before throwing it away. I mentioned this to the customer support, and they left me on read and didn't answer me again, even though I texted twice. They probably thought I was scamming them, but I wasn't. I'm not satisfied with this treatment. I've been shopping from Medvape since the start of this year, and this has dissapointed me.
Btw i live in Norway.

Like other people here, my order is still 'being prepared' for the last 6 days.
Contacting customer support I'm told repeatedly I will get my order, and will receive it 'soon'.
When asked (repeatedly) when this will be, no response, or a vague answer that it will be sent 'today' at 3 o'clock.
It wasn't.
24-48 hr delivery?
I can understand that things go wrong, but if you keep promising it will come soon without giving actual information, I am less inclined to believe you.
And less inclined to wait because I don't know what I'm actually waiting for...
Keep your customers informed when things don't work out as planned.
update 02/06/2025:
After having cancelled my order two days ago, I now receive a tracking number for a package that has not been handed over to DHL yet.
Contacting medvape they tell me that the order is finally on its way.
I explain that I cancelled my order, and ordered somewhere else.
They tell me again that the order is on its way, and cannot be recalled.
I tell them again that I cancelled and I want my money back.
This goes back and forth another 7 or 8 times, and I still dont know when I'm getting my money back, or why they can't cancel an order that I cancelled well before it was (supposedly) shipped, or explain to me when I get my money back.
Initiated a refund through my creditcard provider.
If you do decide to purchase something with this company, make sure to use a creditcard so you can have your funds easily returned when medvape doesn't cooperate.
Worst customer support I've ever encountered, asked at least 6x for my money back, the 'best' answer I got so far is a heart emoji reply...
Do not trust them with your money unless you have a way to initiate a chargeback.
Update 17/06/2025:
Still waiting for my refund, havent heard from them at all anymore.
I did receive a Trustpilot request to add details so that medvape can reply to this review.
Replying to a public review is seemingly more important than actually responding to their paying customers.

Trouble with payment, made me give up ordering. It took a few days, and it seemed to not work. Then the day after last try to order, the payment went through, without asking me if it was ok!
Luckily they didn’t send me the same order 5 times, (after trying and failing to pay 5 times).
Be aware to only try to pay once, and then wait a few days to see if it works.
Customer support was very nice and helpful after payment went through. Great products and a good price, with fast delivery!
Hope they’ll fix the payment troubles. Can get very expensive otherwise. I was close to buy from another place instead, so I would have gotten very upset if the payment had gone through a few days after

Better than expected, to be honest i thought i might get ripped off,I was taking a chance as a couple other sites did get me, this is the genuine thing though...the hardware is top notch high end..the taste and feel is strong and I'm a 25 year plus smoker. I'm definitely buying again next paycheck.

I ordered a vaporiser from Medvape on March 31st and received it on April 3rd. I contacted customer service the very next day to request a return, as I had simply opened the box (which was not sealed) to inspect the item and realised it wasn’t suitable for me.
Despite my clear explanation that the product had not been used, only briefly opened, I was told nearly two weeks later by a representative named Zack that returns weren’t accepted because I had opened the box. This is a clear violation of my rights under Norwegian consumer law, which allows returns within 14 days—even if the item has been opened for inspection.
Following that, I was asked for photos, then asked why I wanted to return the product (despite having already explained it). After I said I regretted the purchase—perfectly valid under EU/Norwegian rules—they stopped responding completely.
This is extremely disappointing customer service and shows a lack of respect for consumers and the law. I would not recommend ordering from this company. If you do, be aware that support may ignore you, even if your request is legitimate and within your legal rights.

Paid for the order never heard anything from this site , what's app is fake , cops needs to check this site & bank account they scamming people. 0 response from this company but they took the money off my bank account & didn't delivered anything ! medvape.nl is a scam ! They don't deliver anything. They have 24 hours to refund back my money if not going to give the cops this site their bank account & their address & numbers. Don't buy from this shop ! Even the what's app is fake & calling the number some type of weird computers voice record talks garbage & hangs up. Clearly a scam !
