Scam, received a used product and they don’t want to take it back.
Now I’m stuck here with a useless 200 bucks (never worth it, china quality) device and can’t return it.
They even sent me to TVAPE support, but there was no help.
Support by WhatsApp is basically nice, but they just want to screw you over.
Never ever, EVER! Buy here. I think most good reviews are fake, since they led me to order at medvape in first place. Which was a great mistake, don’t make the same mistake as me!
