The recruitment process was fair and and straight forward, with Brandon who was the recruitment officer. He carried out the recruitment process in a professional . The online and physical training was useful and informative.

The recruitment process was very swift. I will say it is so far the fastest recruitment process I’ve seen since I’ve been working in the UK. Brandon Walsh was also an integral part of this. To my best of knowledge, he’s a competent recruiter and should be credited for this.

Medsolve is a great place to work for, always have been since i started. Lately whenever i rang up with any issues in getting my shift cancelled, timesheet signed or anything else i have been speaking with dawn and i must say she is always friendly and helpful. Always on the ball dawn is and she is such a credit to the Medsolve team xx

Since I started working for Medsolve,the company has been nothing but excellent and amazing,all the management staff are wonderful especially Mr Paul,he has been a wonderful and excellent administrator ,Medsolve is a place with good and positive impacts on staff and they have good interpersonal relationships with their staff too.

The recruiting process was simple and straightforward. The interface of the website was vary user friendly and easy to navigate.

We have been using Medsolve for agency staff for quite a few months now and we cant recommend them enough. We can't recommend Paul Deen enough. He is excellent at communicating and co-ordinating staff covering shifts at my service taken into consideration the needs of the service users.

I have worked for Medsolve now for over 8 years as a Registered Nurse. I have nothing but praise for everyone there. Lisa is amazing and has been extremely supportive over the years. I have always felt valued and appreciated. Angela and Amanda have also been fantastic at making sure there is plenty of shifts available and Chloe and Sam are always on the ball. I can’t thank them all enough for all the hard work they do. 😊

Brandon Walsh held my interview for Medsolve. He was very friendly but professional. I was quite nervous as I hadn’t had an interview for many years, Brandon guided me through the process with ease. The recruitment process is very straightforward. I had online training to do and Moving and Handling and CPR to learn. But again straightforward. I was accepted into Medsolve and would like to thank Brandon Walsh very much.

I have felt supported from the very beginning staring medsolve. They are professional, friendly and deliver outstanding services and staff. I can’t thank Paul enough he is always on the other side of the phone and quick to respond with questions I have and is very helpful. Always plenty of shifts, and the app makes updating availability and picking up shifts so easy. Excellent opportunities for training and updating clinical skills - a god send for me with revalidation due this year! Communication from the team is great, I always get a friendly and fast response if I have any queries. Big thanks to Bonnie, Chloe, Amanda and Angela who have made the last 3 months, since joining Medsolve, a smooth and pleasant experience.

The office staff have always been particular supportive and friendly, for most of my time using medsolve i worked with Amanda who really did go above and beyond for me multiple times. Recently i've been working with Paul who is also very attentive and always on hand when needed.

They take the time to get to know you and try and learn more about the service so they can better support your needs.
