I instantly got a call from there…
I instantly got a call from there doctor, they listened me, examined my symptoms n instantly provided me the certificate n medicines. I like the instant service they are providing helping people in situations like these where it get hard for them to travel n take appointments. The doctor was sweet enough to carefully listen to me and check what kind of medicines I have taken and then sharing me the right guidance. It's worth it.

Very professional and extremely efficient. I was extremely happy that I could get a fitness certificate in a very short duration. The Doctor who evaluated me was also very helpful. Entire process was completed in less than 20 mins. Very user friendly website as well.

Support Calling Number not Reachable
no support being provided regarding payment status not showing confirm status of payment on account login recieved an email of payment confirmation from contact@medoc but payment confirmation cannot be seen on website and thus not getting the certificate.

The Doctor rejected the medical…
The Doctor (Dr Jayaprakash Waghamore)rejected the medical certificate saying physical presence is needed. If Physical presence is needed we would visit a hospital and get it done for free instead of paying 650 INR here. Since we are not able to go to hospital we approached but its disappointing.
I would suggest people not to get medical certificate done on this site and better to visit a local clinic or hospital.
