It is very disturbing to see this kind of service level from your renowned company
I booked this home sample collection for Sunday 13 th Dec for 11-11.30 am slot and made payment as well
No one turned up till 1 pm.. No call no msg regarding collection
When I called your helpline she said it has been assigned to Mr Kiran Raj and gave his number
I tried his number 3-4 times he did not pick up
So I again called ur helpline 1860 1234 1234 spoke to Ms Sabkarim she said that Mr Kiran has updated that I am not available at home... He did not even call me or pick my call.
. This employee is really manipulating your system instead of doing his job
I asked her to cancel the Order number she confirm she will do but did not do it... I called again to confirm and I was told it is still not cancelled

You can see the trauma I went thru.. Did not eat anything till 1 pm and was following up endlessly.. What is the use of this kind of service even after making payment
Please register complain for your employee Mr Kiran Raj and let me know action taken.. I do not how many customers of yours he is running daily

Yes they are very unprofessional. Booked for 12 December 20 no one came. Again booked for 13th December 20. Again no one came. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHAMELESS GUYS HAVING NO SENSE OF COMMITMENTS. just saying sorry with out meaning it. It seems they are not capable of giving services and just trying to cheat people. pathetic Customer Executives
Hi,
I did a test on Nov 28, 2020, and told the customer executive that I needed a test for CRP and Serum ferritin as I require a report because I had COVID. The customer executive told me that instead of having only this two test, we had a package of COVID Antibody and the same test included in this package. But when I get the reports, the CRP and Serum Ferritin test reports are not included.
Today, the Customer Executive named Harun from Bangalore promised me that you'll get a call within 1 hour, but I haven't received a call from Medlife. From last 3 days I am following for the same but no action has been taken yet.
Please don't fool your customers. The Customer Executive doesn’t have the proper knowledge and information.
I request you to provide me with the test reports of the above test asap.
Cheats customer by offering discount
Hi i usually order online medecine through app, however everday customer service call and asked me to order on phone assuring 20% discount if i order medecine above 2000 value. However had delivered there we extra mdecine packet which i had to paid in cash. Also the discount was only 18%. Sales team cheat customer and medlife does not do anything about it.
Worst courier partner
Worst courier partner, SWIFTO is the worst delivery partner, Customer service team members are worst ever I have come across. Poorest service, dissatisfactory service, people not bothered, no callbacks received though was promised many times.

I wonder having defrauded thousands of people, your website is still live and functional. Your are not addressing any refunds. U r running a big time scam...my hubby ordered medicines from you two years ago and we migrated to Australia last year. Ur company has delivered medicines to my innocent father in law last month and taken money from him saying it's on delivery order. We initiated a refund, you took the pack back and said it can't be refunded in money but will give you emoney in your e-wallet n still it's not reflecting. So that's a compulsive shopping for us. And another order was on delivery mode. First u get a fake order placed, u deliver n take money, then u don't refund and top of that initiate another order. This is ridiculous, such desperate tactics. Shame!

Last moment order cancelling
I faced bad experience 2 times with medlife service. I have ordered some basic protein powder from medlife, as soon as my order placed I got the confirmation message and delivery date was 5th day from the order placed. On the 5th day I got the message saying ur order got cancelled due to non availability
My point is 1) if your not able to deliver or don’t have product why are you confirming the order 2) why u people need 5 days to say "item is not available" 3) to get the refund amount it takes more than 9 working days after multiple followup 4 ) the protein powder which I ordered I got in very small local medical shop so being a such a big medical supplier don’t u have a basic medicines ??? 5) if your truly not interested to do the business pls don’t waste our time , we are simply hoping to get the medicine until last moment 6) we wont get any option to speak to any higher authority about this , customer care executive will say we will transfer your call to escalation team but immediately call will disconnects..!!!!

We just completed our second visit to Turkey with medlife and im going to start with a massive thank you to the whole team from the bottom of our heart you have been fantastic , kind, patient gentle and understanding I had dental surgery after years of neglect and abuse and my teeth were always an embarrasment to me now I can smile again with confidence . The hardest part was the injections lol after that they were brilliant and I would reconmend them to anyone so stop being afraid of the dentist get to medlife and let them help you I do this often but they deserve all the credit I can give them thank you again 😁
Telling Lie about Stock and Delivery
I ordered medicines on 31st August 2020 and over the phone the representative confirmed that the medicines are in stock and will be delivered in 48 hours. Today is 4th September 2020, and still my order is showing processing at Warehouse, and still delivery date is 4th September. They have not even packed it. This means they don't have stock and tell lie. This has happened with me for 3rd time, hence writing this review.
Medlife is a fraud company
Medlife is a fraud company. I recommend users not to use their service. They cheat customers blatantly by luring great discounts. I had ordered medicines worth more than Rs.2000+ and used 23% discount promo code. While ordering I was seeing on the screen 23% discount appearing against each item just optics to fool customers. But the total discount was internally set to just 15%. Though I didn't calculate while placing order, then I realised I was cheated by them after seeing delivery invoice. When I wrote to customer service, they just dismiss telling me that there was a mistake and promo code hasn't applied correctly.Though it's their problem, they refused to refund the balance discount promised. Assured next time they will take care of the process and ensure this problem do not arise. This is blatant cheating of customers goodwill. I will never buy medicines again from such a fraud company and will not recommend any other user to buy medicines from medlife.

Multiple times cancelled order because on no stock... medicine shops in small towns are better in maintaining medicine stock i feel.
Scam by Medlife
I had to cancel my last six orders with Medlife as every time they marked a number of medicines as out of stock. In the last three cases I placed an order only after I got the confirmation from their customer care team on their availability. I was assured that all the medicines that I want to order are available and will be delivered for sure. Despite that the medicines were later marked as out of stock after a long delay. It seems that they are only interested in keeping your money for a few days and earn interest on it. My suggestion is that do not place orders on Medlife or else you will have to face similar harassment.
Medlife misguides and attracts people with fake offers.
I have two specific experiences with Medlife. PLEASE READ THIS AND BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
■ Medlife sent me SMS. They offered me a promo code for 28% instant discount. I used their mobile app to buy some medicines. My total billing amount was Rs.1020/-. Then I tried to use the promo code, but an error message kept coming--"Promocode applicable only for order above 1000". I knocked their helpline and whatsapp for help. Nobody at Medlife explain why that happened.
■ They added Rs.373/- ecash to my account. When I tried to use that, only Rs.20/- got reduced from the total billing amount. Their helpline said "You can use only 2%. Rest is just for advertisement purpose only." The customer care agent replied so blatantly, that it left me absolutely speechless.

I only twice ordered from Medlife. Once I had ordered insulin injection for my mother in law. They delivered a broken injection and refused to refund the amount. After much fighting with their customer care they made the refund.
During the lockdown I ordered my Blood Pressure Medicine from Medlife after uploading the prescription. I was told the medicine will be delivered in 5 days. Its been more than a month now and the medicine is not delivered and now I get a message from Midlife that my order has been cancelled.
I am never ordering from Medlife ever.

Medlife is a Scam – Worst Experience buying items from them
I ordered some necessary items from Medlife on 27th of March 2020 but the order was delayed and I was in urgent need of those medicines so I cancelled the order, my order id was OR4648OHB-002A. I checked their terms and condition which clearly says that order can be cancelled before delivery.
The order was cancelled on 30th of March and I received a confirmation from Medlife team about cancellation. Things were fine until here and I was awaiting for my refund as the payment was made online through Debit Card.
But days kept on passing and I didn’t receive any update. I checked their website and the scammers have proudly mentioned on their site that refund for credit/debit card payment would be processed in 5-7 working days.
This got me confused as it was more than 12 days and there was no update. I still tried not to think negative and checked my inbox for any update from Medlife, I checked my account on the app if I had received any notification about any kind of delay in refund but surprisingly there was no update from them.
A company who claims that refund would be processed in 5-7 working days had given no update for 15 days. So I tried calling their customer care and as expected there was no one to attained the matter. I dropped emails to them seeking an update over the refund but this ‘HIGHLY REPUTED AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED’ company didn’t bother to give me a reply on the email.
So after having this ‘LIFETIME MEMORABLE’ experience with the so called ‘HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE COMPANY’ I tried to post my experience and when they got to know that their bad deeds are going over internet they finally got in touch with me and informed that refund is already processed (Now this was a great statement as I had to wonder if it was processed then where it went? In PM relief fund as I had received nothing?) so I asked for a proof of refund to which I got a reply ‘That it will be processed soon’. If Olympics were supposed to have games for speaking lies and changing statements then that person from customer care and this company would have brought gold.
After trying all the options and giving them every chance to fix the issue, I had no option but to come over trustpiolt and share my experience so others can know about the reality of this company. They are fine in; I believe, stealing people’s hard earned money. If there is anyone in the company or in the higher management who actually care about their customer then I hope they would take a lesson from it and stop slaughtering their customers for money as this would only end their business over the time. And I would go on posting my experience over other platforms as well if I am still not attained.
