No doctors available on a Sunday to come and check on a pregnant women!!! Shame on you and the service you advertise!! In my country this kind of practice would not be even allowed to exist!!!!

Woke up at 3 am on. Saturday with a terrible ear ache. Decided to wait until the morning for any improvement, but at 7 am, it was clear that the pain was getting worse, not better. Called MedLine at 8 and by 10 am, a doctor knocked on my door and gave me peace of mind without having to carry two kids to the hospital or a dr’s office on a Saturday morning. By 10:30, we were able to carry on with our day, even if slowly because of mild pain. Totally worth it.

Medlanes is really good medical service, and it will save many lives as medlanes operators are very responsible and hospitality.

I was sick, and the last thing that I wanted to do was to leave my room and stay even more hours in a doctor's waiting room. Thank to medlanes I got a doctor that came to my place and also gave me a prescription.

I called to order a doctor yesterday regarding an offer. Haven't seen the doctor yet but can give you my first impression of this company. First I think the communication comes across as very unprofessional. When I called yesterday I expected to "hear the offer" from the agent. I had to actively ask about the offer. Had I not asked I would not know for example that prescription cost money. There was no information.The lady I talked to yesterday told me I would get to see a doctor today between 11 and 14. They would call me today to let me know exactly when. Today a lady calls and says a doctor can't see us before 8 pm. First of all my daughter will be sleeping by then and If it takes this long to get a doctor to come see you then I can just go to my normal doctor. Less waiting time.

Great solution for the "advanced society" we live in. Both me and my girlfriend have expensive insurances in Berlin, but an appointment sometimes takes days or even weeks. It saved us for an emergency situation. Even though we hope we never need it again, we live more peaceful, knowing that we can have a doctor accessible whenever we need it. This is literally a life-saver app.

Pretty unique, just had a doctor at my place in the middle of the night to check up on a back pain that has been getting worse over the last hours...

I used Medlanes yesterday for my baby girl and I was very happy from the service! My daughter had a very high fever and it was around 3am. I ordered a pediatrician that came in less than an hour to our hotel! He was very friendly and he adviced us what to look out for. Thank u Medlanes!
