I needed a wheelchair for my mother. I was recommended to MediWorld by a long standing customer. They were amazing. They helped me to identify what the best wheelchair was and were very patient in me coming back to them with various questions. They communicated with me via email and phone and were very efficient. I would strongly recommend, especially for their customer services and patience.

Mediworld provides a great selection of medical and mobility products that are high quality and dependable. The website is simple to use, customer service is prompt and helpful, and delivery was right on time. Everything arrived as expected, making the whole experience smooth and efficient.

Ordered but not delivered after 4 weeks, with no response what so ever after multiple emails. Do not order from this site.

Ordered a product, was sent the incorrect item and now they are not responding to emails or website enquiries and their contact telephone just states they are unable to answer

Ordered a product on 18th April and currently 1st May and it’s still not dispatched. I emailed on 24th April asking for an order update and again on 28th April. Had no response at all and item still not shipped. The item I ordered was not cheap and they have charged £6 postage.
Unfortunately left with no choice but to leave this review as it seems impossible to contact anyone at this company and I am out of pocket with no product. Close to reporting them for fraud/theft which is really sad as I like to try and support local/UK business over and above Amazon etc. but this experience lets them down and wishing I’d just gone for the cheaper option on a bigger business website.

Ruben expertise was invaluable in helping with what was needed post-A&E visit for a family member whose back completely gave way—raised loo seat, back brace, walker.... and kindness. Thank you Mediworld.

Excellent service in delivery of medicines to my home please .

Mediworld ordered a pressure cushion on the11th April received 25 th today ,very poor service .I wouldn't use again.

Mediworld stocks everything necessary to make a disabled person's life bearable. It would be such a good idea to open the shop during normal hours. That would be from 9 to 5 for example. On a Saturday open the shop from say 10 to 4. Just a thought.
I'm heartily sick to death of this shop being closed. Who closes a shop on a Saturday!! They open in the afternoon for a couple of hours during the week and the staff aren't even helpful on the rare occasion that you do actually get into the shop. SORT IT OUT.

The staff were helpful, charming and professional. I phoned up sbout grab rail sizes and they were extremely helpful.
I went to the shop and bought various items including a perching stool.
Would definately return there for any other items needed.
