NO ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from your customer support team.
I first contacted you about an issue with my annual subscription and waited a full week without receiving any reply. I then sent a follow-up email, and still heard nothing. At this point, I have sent approximately four emails and have yet to receive a single response.
It honestly feels as though the support system is not functioning at all.
