After attempting to navigate the multiple and confusing supplemental gap plans, we discovered Russell's (Medisupps') You Tube videos and decided to set up an appointment. We received a reply very quickly and scheduled a phone appointment the next day. We spoke with Russell and he answered all of our questions and gave us the advice we were looking for. Dianna followed with our last plan decision and everything was put in place. We could not be more pleased with their customer service.
