This company is built on the basis of engineering and not sales, we want to iterate to you that the meaning of this company is based on engineering and to offer the best to our customer base. We are here to support you in any way we can and not to sell any of our services to you. Our job is to save you money, not waste. We have been in this industry long enough to understand that distributors are overcharging due to the fact that no one else can work on their systems, but we have worked hard to get where we are now, to be able to open this company and offer our services to you. We offer Scheduled services, Repair call outs, Consumable replacement's, Technical support and Refurbished machines. Our engineering services are focused on the aesthetic laser industry.

I have been using Medisthetics services…

I have been using Medisthetics services in my laser clinic for over a year now. I can honestly say that I have been completely blown away by the customer service I have received from Kaif and his team. Their team are friendly, approachable and above all experts in their field! Excellent knowledge & trustworthy service

Medisthetics came to service my Elysion Pro 3500w diode laser & the service was very professional! All work was completed efficiently! The wealth of knowledge in this company is outstanding compared to other service companies I have used previously! I wouldn’t use anyone else to service my machine. Amazing work, thank you!

I’ve been using this company for 3…

I’ve been using this company for 3 years to service my machine. Best customer service and unbeatable prices. Fully qualified engineers who have worked for the biggest laser companies in the world but just aren’t charging the heavily inflated prices for having parts and services. Very professional. Highly recommend
