Tried to renegotiate price after I paid, then would not process a refund.

I ordered medicine and was a little late, and when I reviewed the online reviews I got nervous, but I have to be fair, I received my medicine as ordered after 10 days,and they gave me good price.thanks Mediseller

After an initial positive experience with MediSeller, I had a very bad experience with the company that revealed a complete lack of honesty on their part and the part of their agent, Ali. In July 2024 I placed an order for 400 euros of medication and paid a 100 euro FedEx fee. There was a delay in shipping, and then in September the package was flagged in French Customs at Roissy/CDG for some kind of paperwork error (according to FedEx). I have a prescription and the medication is approved for sale in my country of residence, but it is unavailable here due to low stock. So it should not have been seized by French Customs, with the correct shipping paperwork. When I repeatedly asked Ali about the paperwork error over the course of several weeks, he finally insisted that the package had been returned to them and was in their possession. However, I would have to pay a 90 'reship' fee for them to resend it. I sent the payment, but the package was never sent -- this dragged on for 6 weeks, with Ali claiming there was some problem with shipping and asking me to be patient. Ali then tried to say the package had arrived in my country of residence and I had refused delivery. Finally I got written confirmation from FedEx that the package had NEVER been returned to MediSeller, and that it was still in French Customs. When I provided written evidence from FedEx with tracking details that showed the package had never been returned to MediSeller, Ali promised to refund me -- but never admitted that he had lied about the paperwork error, the whereabouts of the package, or my alleged refusal to accept delivery. Weeks went by and he never sent the refund; so I filed a threatening complaint with IndiaMart and with the registered owner of MediSeller, Sandeep Gupta. Only then did I get a partial refund (the 90euro 'reship fee' only) with an insistent request to 'take back' my complaint to IndiaMart. Neither MediSeller nor Ali took any responsibility for Ali's fraudulent misrepresentations about my package being returned to them, and then lying about having reshipped it, or Ali's lie that I had declined delivery. Never mind they never corrected their 'errors' in shipping paperwork that might have secured the release of the package from French Customs. Meanwhile I am out 500 euros. This company IS NOT reliable.

This company stole 1100 Dollars of mine.

I ordered online and made payment. The order was apparently dispatched after several days but due to incorrect paper work provided by Mediseller, the package was returned. No attempt has been made by Mediseller to resend the package with the correct paper work and no refund has been made.
I have found the customer service to be extremely poor and I am still waiting for some sort of resolution after 1 month.

Update: These people are SCAMMERS. They will NOT provide any products that they claim to sell. Save your money and AVOID them.

After transferring money for payment, and requesting numerous times by email for shipment confirmation, there was no follow-up contact at all from the company. Numerous phone calls to their number were simply cut-off. Horrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Scammers, paid $1000 more than a month ago for some items and they never arrived. Continuously lying staff

Medicine delivery usually within 5 working days and best of all it is delivered by courier with tracking

Very very very disappointed and angry، 10 days after the payment and my parcel is not even sent yet , everyday a new argument to delay , while when they first contacted me they said that they will process the shipping after 1 day of payment, the treatment I need is an emergency but they don't care!! And they don't want to give me the money back either , I regret deeply dealing with them.

Worst service.. never buy medicines from #Mediseller.. 2 -3 times they sent wrong medicine. And not return medicine money after 3 months.. i am chasing many times but no response.. all the staffs are very irresponsible. They will respond you till payment after that no response... Don't buy medicines from here....

You will receive your first order and once you order for the second time, you will never receive your order.
I got scammed for 250$. Sandi- their representative- lied and lied and I never received anything,

Moreover, products were a cheap knock off and far from original quality.

In my opinion this shop is serious and reliable. I I bought jakavi with them two times. My preferite sales assistant is Ali .

Medisellar are a very responsive company that answers all your questions and have good products at cheap prices but one thing they don’t tell you is that most of there products are not allowed in Europe or Britain or the states and the will be seized when they enter the country ao be aware of this

Spoke to colleague for product and came to an agreement will pay when i see address and tracker and oay 50% then and 50% on delivery. As i will be doing buisness again.
