My medical retirement required the evaluation form to be signed by a licenced physician and I haven't had a family doctor since mine retired years ago. I have been seeing a nurse practitioner for my primary care provider, but her signature was not sufficient for the form. I was able to book an appointment online and speak with a doctor within minutes of creating my account and he was amazing. Asked all the right questions, reviewed my case, and provided what I needed in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Medinote when you absolutely HAVE to have the care and documentation you need.

Wow. This service helped me very much. I have difficulty accessing medical care sometimes. My Dr. Is inaccessable (and makes me uncomfortable), Discovering Medinote has helped me so much. I worked with Dr. Louai Naddaf and had a perfect experience. He asked the right questions, wasn't judgmental (a problem I have with my family doctor) and offered me flexibility in scheduling my appointment. I need regular forms/assessments filled out for work and school and this is much better nicer for me.
