I ordered a RIMOWA Bronz Luggage on their website on September 16th 2025. But still didn't received anything. The transport and tracking trace can't find it and still couldn't find the transporter.
I already sent two emails to Medigitalnow; supportvip add higlobalhelp.com
for respond, but still no any feedback/answer.

Don't trust this company. They are scammers!

I made a purchase on this website on September 18th and still haven't received the product. Waste of time and money. People, don't be fooled by the low prices on this website. After 5 days, the shipment was impossible to find, and the company has still not responded to my email asking where my order is.

I haven't received my tv, please where did you delivered my order to because I just received an email now thar my goods has been delivered, please where am I to pick it up or cause I can't find it in my address.

Unfortunately I did not receive the goods I ordered. The tracking number sent worked exactly until the flight landed. From then on the tracking number was invalid and I didn't get a new one and no responses to my emails to the shop. So I'm stuck with €150 in damages. steer clear of this shop. no help, no items, no response.

Great work! I will definitely be purchasing in the future 😊 side note: be sure to order atleast a couple weeks before you want it so you can fix what needs to be fixed and print it out with ample time.

I had already tried one other company and had to get a refund as they never completed the picture so I was REALLY PLEASED WITH MEDIGITALNOW ! They were quick and efficient and their communication was brilliant. I would recommend this company to everyone as their quality and customer service are fantastic…. THANKYOU

I loved how the drawing looked overall, i just wish the baby would have looked more alike, maybe it was because he was all dreesed and wearing a hat, either way the result was great and everyone loved it.

Characters were very alike to the photos I sent. The delivery was fast and my modifications were made when requested.
