We were trying to arrange a cancer pain urgent pain relief. The online consultation with the Dr was good, she took the time to understand his needs and tailor a plan. From there however service went downhill - they sent numerous scripts, provided no context as to why and when ordering it appears the app has bugs. I'm suspicious and question it was founded in Bryon Bay as the rep I spoke with sounded American, called me 'Mam' and told to 'have a nice day' when she knew I was frustrated and she hadn't helped. She sounded half asleep or was on the products. Potential offshore call center culture while marketing the Aussies organic fresh vibes of Bryon. We won't be repeat customers with so many new companies emerging there is no need to experience poor service especially when it is delaying obtaining serious pain relief to a cancer patient and the customer service representative couldn't care less.
