I ordered a blu ray three weeks ago and nothing is happening. I've had to request multiple emails for an updated order status, and still nothing has been sent. Are the staff here stoned out of their minds. What's the issue you have been paid send the order.
Absolutely chronically useless with no order status updates and no communication from these cowboys. It's 2025 not 1825 for christ sake.
My order was accurate and all items shipped safely. Shipping/delivery speed was kinda slow (to the US). All in all, I will shop here again.
Took one star off for the time it took me to get my order. Took exactly 2 months from the time I ordered to the time I got it. Good packaging though. They threw in a free movie but unfortunately both the audio and subtitles are strictly German so it's redundant to me since I only speak English. But I appreciate the thought. They have great selection of mediabooks and rare titles. So it's cool to browse and shop there. I just wish it was quicker to get the items I order. Will order again. Hopefully next time it will be quicker.

I have bought many mediabooks, bust editions etc from them...everything has always come in perfect shape and quickly, the staff is extremely gentle and perhaps that is what I appreciate the most concerning the website!! I would recommend to any collector who is looking for german editions at competitive prices!!! Plus: the shipping costs are among the cheapest among this websites!
