Due to the Italian Competition Authority Decision in Italy in March 2026 against misleading systematic deception in their processes and procedures. . The UK uses the same system. DUE TO FAKE 1 star REVIEWS we are no longer putting attention to this profile. Fake Reviews from Mr Gukol Raveendra and his gang. Approx 100 fake reviews from 2023 to 2026 using fake names. A court Judgment was issued for damages against Mr Raveendra for £2,795 for damage to company property. Which he paid. And another £7,000 is owed for damage to company property but he has fled the UK. Google is using its AI to place further damage on the victims. 360,00 potential Medicines Online patients so far have been misled by google as it is supporting this misleading reviews system. The Regulator and TP failed to remove these illegal 1 star reviews. TP have been reported to the Police who asked TP to remove these 1 star fake reviews in the last 3 years. 9/10 1 star reviews are from the Gang of Mr Raveendra. You are using a Hotmail account for email, which is renowned for problems receiving emails.
Microsoft has been trying for years to push people away from Hotmail and into the Microsoft email platform and has no intention of fixing its harsh blocking policies on Hotmail.
Microsoft also makes it harder, compared to other email providers, for Hotmail users to simply log in to their own Hotmail email.
Please supply an alternative email like Gmail or Ymail or another. We will update the email, and you will then be able to receive emails.

I had a normal and expected experience with medicines online.
The website is fast much better than the other sites.
The price is good also.
And the results for my CBC were what I thought also.
I will be back as their blood tests are fast and great value.
My GP is 400% higher price. Never again for testing from any Doctors.

A good Company I had to get a replacement kit as my original had the wrong details which is my fault.
I had to pay less than £10 for it. Other labs charge for a complete new test.

Wow Great price. 2nd time I have tested with them and I read a crazy review.
1 star - a weird review
The person orders and pays for click and collect but blames the company they didn’t send it.
Some people are just plainly nasty.
It’s not the first time crazy weirdos give 1 star when the company didn’t do anything wrong.
It’s my second time to order from them but I could not resist the need to call out the weirdo.
I give 4 stars as I never give 5 out of principle.

Disappointing. Scam?
Six days after ordering my order still says being processed. I messaged customer services and got told my order will be at my ' click and collect' location. I did not select click and collect - especially at a location 3 hours away from me !
I asked for a refund as it says still be processed then they said they would send it out to me at my home address. I am still waiting for my order.

beware of the scam emails you will recieve....
I ordered a home test kit and it didn't work for me as i couldn't get enough blood from my fingers.. But that is not the reason why I marked this company down; because that could happen I guess.... The reason is that as soon as I put the order through I am getting A LOT OF scam emails - like a lot. About fake delivery notification. That is not a good sign at all so be aware if you are giving away your details. I kind of wish I hadn't ordered at all.

Children Allergy Test
We ordered children allergy test for our little one who is allergic to cows milk (16m old). Parcel arrived next day but as it was Friday and it wasnt advised to take it on that day we waited till Monday. Everything was super clear. We were shocked that our little one didn't even notice that we poked his fingers with the lancet. We had to do it twice as for some reason there were just tiny bit of blood with 1st finger. It was quite a struggle with wiggly baby so I would advise do it with someone else who can amuse the baby when you collecting the blood. We dropped the sample as advised before collection time. Unfortunately Royal Mail was rubbish and even it should be delivered in 24h it took them nearly 3 days which is really shocking. But can't blame the company for that and thank god the sample was still good after arriving at lab. We got the results after 1.5 day confirming his cows milk allergy and few other on top of that. The result were very clear to read. Would like to also add that their customer service and communications is itself 5☆, super convenient, super easy. Very polite people, will reply with no time to all the questions and concerns. We are really extremely happy and would definitely use it again in future (would be great if there would be bigger panel to chose from for children).

Wow I just found out
Wow. I just got told the truth about HPV and Smear Tests at the NHS.
The NHS has no funding for new technology. Their Smear Tests and HPV tests use old machines. And they don’t have money to buy new ones.
It means us women are at risk by trusting the NHS.
We have to tell everyone. The government is hiding the real effects of no funding.
For £29 I can get my 21 dangerous HPV test from Medicines Online. And they have 21 x dangerous Variant notification and disclosure option for £50.
The old machines from the NHS only do 12 variants. They have false negatives for most of the main variants which cause cancer.
I’m doing my Smear HPV test with Medicines Online.
Don’t trust the NHS until the government gives them funding. The NHS has shrunk up to 30% due to Government corruption effects as there is no money for new machines. They even don’t have money to buy second hand machines that are 5 years old.
I’m going private with Medicines Online.
