I have been using medicineman for over 10 years now. I order at least once every two months. During that time I only had 1 order that I didn’t receive. I notified medicineman and the order was quickly replaced at no charge. And all of the products I’ve tried have been of highest quality. I’m a customer for life.

Their vapes are bullshit!!! I get a 2g disposable vape from the dispensary and it last me 5 to 7 days. I get a 2g disposable vape,from medicine man,, not a single one lasted more than 2 days. The second order,, I started taking the vape apart and I started weighing the vape and the rosin separately,, eight different vapes and not a single one weighed the same,,, “”MADE in-house”” not A SINGLE ONE weighed 2g’s— the closest one was 1.7grams I had one that only weighed 1.1 grams!! There not sealed either so anyone can take a few puffs before they seal it up,,,DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM THIS SITE! You WILL get SHORT CHANGED,

Their flower is good,,, when it’s not moldy or so dry it crumbles to dust! Other than that, it’s a great site!
Things have REALLY GONE DOWNHILL since the KIDS took over.
I will not order from here anymore since I can now drive to a dispensary three hours away, where I get what I pay for and don’t get shortchanged or have anyone puffing on my vape before I get it!!!

I have been using Medicine Man for about 8 years now, I have spent thousands if not tens of thousands and they are exceptional. They always deliver and in the rare cases of issues their customer service is exceptional and they will take care of you and make things right. They typically include a free gift with your order, sometimes more than one. Their packaging is professional and discreet. Their product selection is second to none. They offer products for all budgets, but make no mistake, even the lower priced products are straight fire.

When I first found out about medicineman.is I was a little confused, but after doing more reading and having people irl tell me about their great services I decided to place an order, you don't get a tracking number but if you make a usps account you can log in and in 2 to 3 days you can spot your package on usps and see the tracking code, every order has arrived in 7 days or less and i couldn't be more grateful.

Medicineman is not only a reputable place to get your favorite plant medicine, but also a great company as a whole. Their customer service is second to NONE. And I don’t say that lightly. The saying around the Medicineman community that has been growing for over a decade now is “Medicineman always delivers”. And you can take that to the bank! I’ve been a customer of theirs for a very long time and I have only twice had an issue with a package not arriving or the order that was sent was wrong. But Medicineman made it right every time! They either resent a missing package (which is almost never) or they reshipped what you were missing in the order. Every time! There is a community there that is amazing and we all try to help each other out.
