Always get super informative input for insurance decisions I'm making. Prompt return calls and very friendly, courteous reps. I have initiated or changed several medicare supplemental polices over the past 10 years for my mom and mother-in-law. I have always gotten accurate and informative information and the policy process has gone well each time. They've even reached out to me when a beneficial option has become available. Today I spoke with Jacob and he took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and helped me set up a new policy upgrade, saving money for my mother-in-law.

Frank Bryant is the most efficient agent I have ever worked with. I have worked with him for two years and he is always very considerate of my needs. Today, he truly took a load off of my shoulders as he found the right plan for me. He listened to my needs and then told me what plan would be the best for me, even at a price better than I expected! Frank is a true gentleman as well as being a very knowledgeable agent! I appreciate his efficiency as well as being very considerate of my needs.

Frank Bryant was excellent! We discussed my current Advantage plan and why it was so expensive. He described other options with exactly the same doctors and services for significantly less money. He answered all of my questions and concerns so that I felt comfortable signing onto a new Medicare health plan. I also mentioned that my daughter pays far too much for healthcare and he very kindly suggested that he would talk to her about her options. Frank is not only a very knowledgeable person but a pleasant, helpful and kind Guru!

Medicare Gurus is a rare find in an era of incompetence. I called 5 different places to get some advice and realized most of the people in these big companies know less about Medicare than I do.

My "Guru" Frank and his assistant Chris spent over an hour with me and explained the ins and out and even got my wife coverage when she has multiple health conditions.

I recommend the plan G Medicare Supplement with Traditional Medicare A & B, but call them to understand why as they can explain it better than I can.

I have been with this group for over 5 years, and I could not be happier! They helped me get set up with a supplemental insurance plan to go along with my Medicare! A couple of months ago they contacted me to update my policy and reduce my monthly premium by $75!!! Who does that??? MEDICARE GURUS that’s who! I highly recommend them!

You guys are awesome. I had the same Supplemental plan for years and just figured the premiums were going up every year because that’s just the way insurance is. I received a call from Medicare Gurus asking if I would be interested in changing companies if I could save money. That was not something they had to do. Well, within just a very short time I was switched to another company that saved me $48. per month. That’s awesome customer service.
