I have been trying to get help to…

I have been trying to get help to navigate through the confusion of Medicare for a month since I turned 65
I found this site and so glad I did. My rep Rita took so much care and time to help me figure things out. I think if everyone had someone on their side like her, everyone wouldn't be so frustrated and confused like I was.

My wife normally deals with medical stuff. But I have had the opportunity to call them in the past. They were friendly and very helpful to an old boy like me.

The one I talked to was helpful and knowledgeable. I would feel okay about calling them again for help.

William Was The BEST

William Lanier was the BEST! He worked with me for a LONG time, was pleasant, and VERY helpful. He really went "beyond the call of duty." He deserves a raise!

Hearing Aid benefit is a rip off

Hearing Aid benefit is a rip off - I thought initially I would not be charged- they tell you after sign-up that they use a sliding scale - $1,800 per ear later notified- As soon as open season is here dropping Etna- Signing up for plan F under Medicare which I am eligible.

Lexie Smith is a phenomenally complete …

Lexie Smith is a phenomenally complete licensed insurance agent. She is the most customer service oriented person I have ever dealt with when it comes to me being able to complete this process. She left no stone unturned, no question unanswered. At 72 years old and in great health, both physically and mentally, Lexie took me step by step through the entire process without so much as a hitch. She was clear and concise throughout the whole process. She acquired the doctors and dentist needed with names, addresses, phone numbers, and locations of each. Usually I eould have to do that myself. I can't say enough positive things or Sing enough praises on behalf of Lexie Smith. If Aetna is as accommodating as the representative of the company, then I'm in for complete satisfaction. Thank you Aetna for having her as a part of your team. She has solidified the peace of mind every senior citizen should experience as we get older. Thank you.

I was very confused going into this and…

I was very confused going into this and somewhat worried. I don’t know enough about this stuff. I spoke with Ruth Tursi and I am incredibly impressed by how she handled this for me. She was kind, informative, and knowledgeable. She listened very carefully to my questions and concerns. She was patient as well. She explained in detail every aspect of the program and suggested what she felt was best for me and explained why. The service and support I received from her was extraordinary!!! She is an outstanding asset to your organization. Thanks again so much Ruth for your support and kindness!!
