I met Rebecca Hall in 2013 when exploring the prospect of having surgery. She arranged a consultation and subsequent assessment with one of the leading cosmetic surgeons. Rebecca arranged the hospital and hotel accommodation and transfers to and from the hospital. The procedure was a success and I was delighted and all personal were efficient and professional.
My sister and niece have also had procedures arranged by Rebecca.
I would highly recommend the company.

Everything was great, I'd recommend them to my friends who need hair transplantation.

I did not like the reviews that the included hotel had so I booked a different one. But that has nothing to do with the clinic itself.

Everything is on time, no waiting. Very professional. You can tell they do hair transplant all the time.

If you’re looking for a professional clinic for hair transplants in Istanbul, this is the one. “ Can” the patient rep is highly communicative and professional, shows up on time and escort you thru the whole process from start to finish This is not a “Transplant mill” these are highly trained and skilled medical professionals. They’re very detailed and give you straight talk and not a sales pitch. After the initial examination, the surgery is scheduled the next morning. And you’re back in the hotel that afternoon with new hair. Can’t recommend enough.

I am currently on day 29, post hair transplant with Medical Center Turkey and could not be happier with the service that I received Although it's way to early to know what the final results will be, I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish and I am really glad I chose to go with Medical Center Turkey. Everyone from the company that I met was awesome, made me feel welcome and in safe hands. I can honestly say they deserve 5 stars for the service they provide, the procedure really isn't painful at all (although I can't lie, the injections are a little uncomfortable) and throughout the whole day I felt like the most important person in the building. I would highly recommend it great people and with reasonable prices as well!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of hair transplant procedure at Medical Center Turkey, and I'm waiting for the results now.

The staff at the clinic are very knowledgeable, professional and supportive in every step of the way. They answered all the questions I had, even medical ones that were not related to the procedure (I had a rash of pimples on my skin for a few days, because of the insane amount of baklava I had).

I want to specifically thank my case representative Mr CAN who was a very genuinely kind and helpful man, who was always there for me translating Turkish. I couldn't thank you enough my brother for your help and your time.

The whole process was made easy by my case manager as the whole trip was very well planned and they were punctual as well. The clinic is very well equipped and the doctors were very helpful. Language is often a problem in Turkey but I did not have any issue as my case manager was always there to do the translation and explain the details clearly. I am now waiting for the results! So far, so good.

Would recommend to anyone wanting a hair transplant. You get your own local assistant who picks you up from the airport, takes you to hotel, take you to clinic and back. Whilst at the clinic your host is there to make sure you are looked after and are fully involved in the process. My host (a fantastic chap called "Can") is amazing and really puts so much effort into making sure you are okay. The value for money is amazing as the package includes hotel, transplant, addidtional treatments and all transport (not flights of course).

I could not rate "Can" and the Medical Centre Turkey highly enough. (The actual clinic you attend is Estethica, which is one of the highest rated for hair transplants in the whole of Turkey! MCT are the company that look after you and make the whole arrangements to ensure you are looked after from arrival at airport to your return.)

Got my hair transplant last week with them at aesthetica hospital, they were very professional staff and prestine and state of art facilities. John was very helpful and accommodating, made my whole experience very smooth and comfortable

I had a great experience with them, they scheduled everything according to my needs (which wasn't easy, but they did, so I'm really greatful ), I was charged an honest price for the type of surgery, they delivered everything in the best possible way, a very special thanks goes to Can (John) Özdemir who managed perfectly my stay and surgery, he did an exceptional job in taking care of all the schedule and did everything possible for me to have the best experience possible, he even also gave guidance and tips for exploring the city, and even ordered food online for me 😃, I'm greatful to him for his professionality and genuine care for the customer, in fact he treated rather as a friend than a client. The medical team was also great for making my surgery very conformable; I'd advise everyone to seek their service for medical treatment

I had such an amazing experience with Medical Centre Turkey. From my first inquiry, to my final consultation after surgery, they were super helpful.
Coming from Australia to Turkey, I was a little anxious at first, but their fantastic staff answered all my questions and made the entire experience an enjoyable one.

From the moment I landed to the end of the procedure and back to the airport this was amazing service. Jon B was very helpful along with the staff throughout the entire procedure. Jon B answered all of my questions as I had before the operation. Only issue I had was the wifi at the hotel which kept going in and out throughout my stay. I had someone come with me and they happened to them as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your hair transplant.

Had my hair transplant back on June 20th, as of today my hair is starting to grow in the areas where I was balding. Getting my hair done at MCT was one of the best decisions in my life. Great customer service and even now if I have a question they answer it.

Jan took care of me an my father so well, from the beginning to end of our trip. Making sure to take his time explaining every step of procedure and aftercare instruction so we felt even more confident that we made the right choice by choosing Medical Center Turkey! Not to mention the price is much better than U.S. and includes PRP and Meso therapy as well. I was very much pleased with the overall management of the surgery. Starting from picking up from airport to accommodation, consultation, daily check up and drop off was well managed. Specially Mr. Chan was looking after all the issues we need from the very beginning to the end. A cordial and responsible guy who is highly experienced in hair transplant industry.

Having a client manager was excellent (Can 'John' Ozdemir). John took all the stress out of the process and was a reassuring presence while in a foreign environment. He'd worked and studied in Australia so we had lots to talk about! That really helped put any nerves at ease.

The surgeon was amazing - providing abdomen, flank and pubis liposuction that looks fantastic. I have a flat and natural looking stomach that I'm really happy with (even after only 4 weeks).

A highly professional team, excellent facilities and systems, and a friendly atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by my case manager who enabled the whole process in a seamless manner.

The costumer service was great making the trip much easier.

The whole experience was great. Arriving in Istanbul I was picked up by Jon and taken to my hotel. The hotel was perfect and had everything I needed for my stay. Next day Jon picked me up and took me to my appt, everything was great and the staff there are amazing and cater to your every need. After procedure Jon took me back to my hotel for the night, next day went back for cleaning/laser treatment. I had to stay an extra night but it was no issue just had to pay a little bit more.

All in all the experience was wonderful. I’m recovery (11day), and can’t wait for the results to kick in.
