Just as others have written, this is a SCAM. Medical-Secure and Medical-Protector are one and the same. I wish I'd done the research first, but didn't. Ordered product early March, only had one email from them saying on its way, but never received anything beyond. I have claimed fraud with my credit card company. Hope others can do the same. I wish Shopify would do better vetting on fake companies who take advantage of people during times like these.

Complete SCAM! AVOID ordering! Ordered masks and paid 4 weeks ago, didn't receive anyting, no shipment updates, no response to e-mails.

Rip off. This is a false and very real scheme. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. After a week I emailed and got Rene Major also, no responses since. No product, no phone number, no success with tracking number. Will report this fake business that stole our money 😡

Apr 2, 2020 I reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), thanks to Peter who had the missing info I needed. This is FRAUD!

This company is a scam.. they are now working as medical-protector they have also used flu-armor previously. I fell for the lock on the web address meaning it was a legitimate site. The website at the time claimed to have European dispatches and items take 5 to 13 day delivery. This was 4 weeks ago and was supposedly shipped from china. Tracking code never worked

These con artists now have another site after taking their old sites down.
medical-protector.com is their latest fake site! BEWARE!!!

And they are using shopify.com to produce their fake websites. They should be banned with immediate effect. Probably they are using the free 90 days trial period with fake details too.

This is a scam site- hopefully karma will fall for these people, preying on the scared and vulnerable in this time of pandemic and terror. Scum of the earth

Medical-Secure.com ALSO known as Flu-Armor is scamming buyers. hundreds of buyers buying virus supplies and buyers never receive the items. They take your money and you never hear from them or your items. On bank statement charge appears as Flu-Armor.com montreal canada BEWARE OF SCAMMERS

Wish I looked at this prior to spending money on this low life site. As others have said, no merchandise, no response. Phone numbers don't work. You just get a robot email back and that is it. Don't purchase a thing from them!!!!

Me too. No shipment, no response. Will report to the feds. I reported them to Shopify but they will not investigate until 30 days has passed.

Been almost two weeks now. We got scammed. SOB's! Cant find the co online now either.

I too have received nothing. A friend who ordered from them also never received any of his order. Inquiries via email generate an auto-response with French headers so maybe they are actually in Canada, France or other French speaking country and perhaps not at the Sarasota address on their website. Phone number listed deep in their website is disconnected. Going to FTC.GOV will allow you to make an easy online complaint and the FTC supposedly will cooperate with other foreign law enforcement agencies. Medical-Secure.com was supposedly previously Flu-Armor.com (which is what will show up on your credit card statement). They do say somewhere on the site that orders may take 8-15 business days but I am well beyond this and apparently I am not the only person who received nothing. Email auto-response stating they will get back to you in 48-72 hours never resulted in any further reply. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Scam. They will not deliver and can't reach company. Beware.

I don’t wish You bad cause I don’t bring my self to your level of being pieces of 💩but you remember me my msgs and the msgs of everyone u have taken advantage of. medical-secure.com and flu-armor.com are both scams. All phone numbers disconnected or don't work. Fake shipping info. I cannot believe they're still online.
