Booking felt smooth: response to my email with questions was prompt and in english. Drivers were both ready and waiting for us. Vans were clean, rides went great and the drivers seemed to know exactly where to go, neither driver spoke english but that was completely fine, the first driver was patient when we got to our hotel and had a small hiccup getting through security, second driver was friendly and made sure music was ok, etc. My only complaint was when the first driver picked us up, he seemed to be in such a huge hurry that I literally couldn't follow him (we are a family of 5, 3 kids 6/under: i was pushing the stroller with our toddler and carrying a couple backpacks, and he was walking so quickly ahead while going up and down escalators, which meant I had to fold up our stroller and carry it plus our toddler and bags up and down escalators: at the top of the first escalator I had completely lost everyone until my husband was able to wave me down+one of our young kids was trying to pull a bag but was terrified when she had to try to take it down an escalator so quickly that she dropped it at the very top: causing my husband to have to sprint up the escalator to help because it was only me behind her.. it wasn't a great start but we give people the benefit of the doubt and just assume he didn't really realize..) he did help with a couple rolling bags though so we were thankful for that. Overall a good service, would use again.

Driver showed up on time,was mucho friendly and got me to the hotel quickly. Did not speak English

The process was easy, start to finish. I would definitely use the service again. I don’t feel like this is a negative at all BUT both my drivers didn’t speak English, SHOCKER!! I was in Medellín to speak Spanish so this was a positive for me although I can understand some people would be uncomfortable.

Driver was waiting for me in the arrival hall, navigated me to the car and then, the car to the hotel.
Sounds unspectacular, but that's because efficiency rarely appears spectacular. Thoroughly recommend the Medellin Airport Transfer service.

Ive never used a private car service before, but we've all seen drivers holding signs up with people's names on it!

I got through customs, security,all that stuff, walked out and saw my name.

Politely walked to the car, they handled my bags, and I was off to the hotel!

No worries, I just sat back and enjoyed seeing the country on the trip.

And I booked a round trip pickup, so Ill be at the airport in plenty of time and I dont need to worry about anything the morning I leave.

Im glad I used them, Ill use them again, absolutely!

Great experience. Driver was at appointed place with a sign. Painless transfer to hotel.

You're better off taking a white taxi from the airport. My driver was not waiting with a sign, and it was a bit difficult to find him. My return driver was 10 minutes late. If I did it again I would save some money and hassle and just use taxis.

Out driver was punctual and communicated with us so that out transfers to and from the airport was seamless. All emails to Medellin Airport Transfer were readily responded to regardless of the hour sent. I would definitely choose them on my next visit to Medellin.
