Very professional and communicative…
Very professional and communicative drivers. They patiently waited as I was stuck in immigration for 90 minutes due to 7 flights being there at the same time. I will definitely use them again when I return to Medellin.

Easy and Convenient
We had a great experience using the transportation service. We got delayed in customs and they were very accommodating with waiting on everyone and with changes with one of our group members flight.

Overall, a great service. I recommend using them. Upon arrival they remove the hassle of dealing with the Uber/Taxi chaos at the airport. When departing they remove the need to call or schedule a taxi to return to the airport. Their drivers showed up on time and were professional. They stumbled a little with pick up time change requests but were able to pivot around flight delays. The drivers communicate via WhatsApp and make the overall process easy. They are a little more expensive then grabbing a cab from the curb at the airport but worth it for the convenience. Rating 4.5/5

Well worth the money because youre paying for peace of mind and professionalism.

My Driver waited almost 3 hours for me…
My Driver waited almost 3 hours for me to get through Colombian Immigration!! He was so kind and although I do not speak Spanish and he did not speak English , he communicated with me using translator apps! I can’t recommend him enough! His name is Johnathan..
Julianne also communicates effortlessly about reservations.. they were awesome!
