Medcom Group company is not trustful

I brought medical equipment from other companies previously, never had to sign a waiver and never had problems with insurance companies. However, Bought cervical traction device from Medcom Group, this company will submit claims as rental rather than as a purchase. Additionally, 1. Medcom Group requires you to sign a waiver - Medcom Group knew ahead that the device does not cover by insurance. Then they blamed the insurance company and said it's the insurance company that makes Medcom Group to submit multiple rental claims. While it is Medcom Group that purposely submits multiple Rental claims instead. 2. The claim code used to submit to insurance company - Medcom Group knew ahead that the code insurance company does not cover and instead another similar equipment claim code will cover. Medcom Group hides the information and did not disclose the similar equipment to me. 3. Medcom Group charges same equipment for purchase more expensive than other medical equipment companies - check and compare yourself - this is the reason why require to sign a waiver so they can get pay with a higher price! Medcom Group salesmanship practice should have been honest upfront and submitting claims be honest also. Purchased date 7/3/24, did not realize the entire situation, all Medcom Group false claims until written reply in March 2025.
