Offer a great service to make the patient experience smooth and efficient. As someone with a significant medical need and who has to see multiple specialists a year this is a great compliment to my interdisciplinary care team.

Renewal of my license has been as simple as could be. Almost like I fell asleep and woke up done. Now I may continue to shop in my favorite dispensaries across California. I know it sounds corny but it’s true!!

Customer service is basically non-existent. Can't log in after just creating an account. Cannot reset password as well. Called to no response other than to leave a voicemail.

I found out about Med Card Now on Google , I called and was immediately helped.To get my card then I was transferred to a different department to place my order they were so friendly they call me back on the next day that I had placed my order to advise me on how to make sure that it went through my bank very friendly people if you have any problems they asked you to please give them a call and they would be happy to help.

It could not be easier. It took less than an hour to get approved. As soon I was approved I immediately made myself a patient at my nearest dispensary with no issues. I appreciate and recommend Med card now this is a hidden gem.

No response for reset on password or username on newly established account

I had an account with MedCard that expired a long time ago. I called and a few minutes later, my card was re-authorized. Very convenient & efficient.

I called in because I couldn't log on. I wish i could remember her name. She was friendly and efficient. Thank you!
