Did my online medical card paid got the invoice clicked on the link afterwards to see the doctor. Looks like no one was connecting then it looked like someone was connecting and then I got a message that I’ve been approved and now I have my medical card. I clicked on instant download, and the instant download is my previous medical card with the expiration date wrong. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Paid for the medical card and the link I was sent is an expired medical card. After searching through the website I found a number and when I called, they said I was approved and I had to explain to them again. The expiration date is wrong.

Update: I finally got it fixed and got the correct medical card with the expiration for next year. The first time I used them I had no issues not sure what happened this time but now my issue is resolved.

So simple to use and the price is well worth it!

Very user friendly

There were three things that were a problem.
1. It was not easy to find the location to do a renewal.
2. The discount code I was given in a text did not work. It said that it was already applied.
3. I waited for the video to start but it never did.

The fastest, easiest way to get your med card. im not getting paid in any way to say this. i wish i got a discount for saying this but in all honesty this is a real review. If you cant get through to the video chat just call!!
