The service is incredibly quick and convenient. It can get a little complicated keeping track of all the different references and numbers and who needs what information, but that isn't because of MEC.

I had a last minute panic today when I realised I didn't have the correct reference numbers when trying to fill in the forms at hospital.

I rang MEC and after being on hold for only a minute or two. My query was answered and even though the issue was my fault, Nina Goodsall contacted the appropriate people and had the number I needed back to me in a couple of minutes!

Great customer service.

Most of my dealings with MEC in recent time have been with Nina who always gives a professional service, ensuring that everything is in place well in advance of my hospital admission date, ensuring I have one less thing to worry about!

Over the last few years I have used the MEC service and have always found them to be really helpful, professional and supportive. Especially, a note for the Claims Administrator, Mandy, who has dealt with me over the last few years and cannot praise her enough for the help she has given me.
