All round very good
Have used a few times now. Meat has always been excellent and great value. There was a delivery mistake/delay on my last order so allowed me to test customer service for the first time and have to say they were very good and efficiently sorted out the problem.

So far really impressed
So far really impressed, I ordered a 5Kg sirloin to cut into steaks at home. It arrived spot on time and looks great quality...exactly as expected . I have nt had any yet but it look fabulous.

EU Steaks
Delivery was spot on, excellent packaging.
The only negative part was the T-Bone Steaks were from the EU (Poland). If I had known the source for the Steaks wasn't 🇬🇧, I wouldn't have bought them BUY BRITISH

Didnt deliver the order.

No telephone to to contact anyone.
Said the order had been lost, however dpd records show it wasnt even picked up.
Offered another date for delivery after i complained, but if i hadnt complained they wouldnt have even known it didnt even leave their address.
