The quality of the food and speed of…

The quality of the food and speed of delivery is excellent. It's a good idea to note where the delivery should be left on the instructions. We left our gate open for the driver to come up to the house, but the box was left at the open gate anyway (about 1/4 mile from our house). Thankfully, I got a text on my phone that it had been dropped as was able to go look for it, but without that, it would have likely been spoiled by the time I found it.

Timely delivery and well packaged.

The meat arrived today and was very well packaged. It was left on my doorstep for a couple of hours until I got home. I opened it up and the meat looked perfect and was still frozen. As soon as my new barbecue arrives I will give feedback on how well it tasted.

This is a real good service

This is a real good service, customer service is great. The meat is top notch. I’m in love with the salmon. If you have room in your freezer I recommend ordering enough meats to get free shipping, delivered right to your door,a good value! You can’t go wrong!

I sent an email about my past two…

I sent an email about my past two deliveries. One tri tip was brown and the last one had the seal broken and smells badly and looks rotten. I was here immediately both times to get the meat. I work nights only three days a week. I emailed you guys and nothing. I have referred you to friends and colleagues and I am ashamed that I have. I am sure there will be mo response. I am canceling my service of tri tip every two weeks and my other orders I do for other beef.

If you look alllllllllll the reviews on Trust Pilot and or YELP... you are going to find one CONSISTENT comment within our customers. ELITE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ma'am... this is the FIRST we have herd of this issue. I'm the other owner Eric Huerta. All customer service emails come to ME. There is NO email from you to use regarding the issue you are stating here. Otherwise... our reputation proceeds us in regards to being extremely attentive to any issues there may be.

There is something obviously wrong with who you are emailing. I have nothing from you in my personal, spam and or junk mail. My question to you is, why haven't' you called us? There is a phone number on the website. There is a phone number on the outside of the box that arrived. There is a phone number inside the box your order came in. We have an ONLINE TEXT chat on the website that I personally manage and if you don't get me live, you can even leave a message there. There is a phone number on our YELP page. My personal phone number is on the Trust Pilot website. There is a phone number on our Meats2U FB page.

We can't fix what we don't know about and we do our best to give the customer every single avenue to contact us personally if there ever is an issue. Just sucks to hear about something that would be resolved by us immediately on something like this. I'll be completely transparent, not cool.

Look out Omaha Steaks

When I placed my first order I was worried that I would get a lot of bad cuts of meats. Boy was I surprisied. I'm on my 3rd order. I love the ribs. The portion size is just right for one person. You can't go wrong with ordering from them.

Excellent product and Customer Service

I contacted Customer Service via the chat to ask when the tamales were coming back in stock. He/she checked and said in 5 minutes! I kept refreshing the site, but it didn't show they were available. I checked back with the same person and that individual stayed at it and contacted me back once the site was updated! I immediately went in and got my order placed! I love their Tilapia as well, so ordered some of that too. They package the meat really well! I live in Arizona and was a bit concerned it would arrive still frozen/cold. It was all fine! Love the meat AND the service I've always gotten from Meats2U!!

I was emailed on the 19th saying my order was shipped. then received a text on the 20th saying my order was delayed because of a product shortage. it would be nice to know the real story and when I can expect my order.

Man, not comment we would expect from a customer that has ordered 16 times in the last 13 months. Hey brother, if you have ordered from us that much, I'm sure you could have just called the number on the website and or the direct corporate phone number on the the 16 postcards you have received, inside the box of one of your orders.

Currently we just had our shipping manager of 5 years leave and we are training the new guy. He made the packing slip on Monday when he pulled your order to ship, not knowing you would be notified the moment he made it and then found out we were short of some of the items on your order. He then notified the owner Corey Patendis and Corey made sure to make contact with you so that your know what's going on. You're really going to blast us on this and give us one star for communicating this to you? Real story? After 15 orders are you assuming we are doing something wrong?

Communication is key my friend, we are easily reachable on the online text chat, online phone number, online email, and number on the postcard.
