I had an issue where I hadn't received my order after calling the restaurant and getting nowhere to be told they don't use mealzo anymore Brian Called on my behalf and he was them told they will get the meal out to me. Thanks Brian for the help and service

Placed an order for delivery for my gran who is housebound. The place i ordered from called saying they don't deliver to her area? and I should cancel the order on Mealzo. Needless to say I had to email them to ask for her money to be refunded and Bruce sorted it out in no time.

Had an order for pick-up at a restaurant via their website. However turned out the restaurant was closed and wasn't able to fulfil the order and wasn't able to contact the restaurant.
Put in for a refund, which was processed very easily & quickly thanks to Bruce.
