After reading reviews of Meadow Mobility i decided to give them a go, i'm so glad i did as they went above and beyond sorting out a service for my powerchair and also advising me of what cushion i should be using as i have perssure sores because i am wheelchair bound. A big thank you to all members of staff especially Adrian and Tom for their polite and outstanding knowledge and their speedy responce. I would certainly give 100% in recommending this company to others.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at meadow mobility. From sourcing of the demo unit to the regular communications until delivery the staff were first class and the product was everything I could have hoped for.

John was extremely helpful in helping me find a wheelchair for my parent, he was able to inform me of the different options available and what would work well for my parents needs. Visits were made to the care home to support our purchase.

From start to finish Meadow Mobility has offered a personal, professional service with caring and knowledgeable staff.

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products, they also take the time to listen to customer questions and explain opinions.

We needed help putting a new mobility scooter together and called meadow mobility, as we have always had good advice when we have visited the premises.
Aiden came to our rescue and was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Made me feel confident in being responsible for putting the scooter together and dismantling it into our car.

The gentlemen that came to assess me for a recliner were perfect gentlemen,they sorted the correct one for me then today, they arrived with a very comfortable riser chair showed me how to operate it and took my old armchair away they were very helpful and pleasant and they deserve 12 stars. Would always recommend this lovely firm for all the help they gave me

What an amazing company. They are so helpful and also so aware that this is a difficult purchase. There kindness and thoughtfulness while buying a wheelchair was second to none. We needed a small adjustment which was handled immediately. You really should look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Went here to buy a new scooter, as my old one I felt a bit sluggish, Tom was very helpful and said we would check the battery and service it, which he did, saving me money and I could keep the scooter I love. I needed a replacement padded arm for a wheelchair. The uk supplier informed me I has to order the part via an authorised dealer. The first two I contacted either were not interested in never returned ny email and phone request. I contacted Meadow Mobility and had the part ordered the same day and I collected it 3 days later. Brilliant service on a situation that was very important. Thank you so much Tom and John

Brilliant service - very satisfied customer

Tom and John of Meadow Mobility and their team of engineers are always very pleasant and helpful, guiding us with good advice on scooters, rising chair selection and recommendation for the supplier of our stair lift. We receive a very useful annual reminder to service my wife’s scooter and the friendly engineer comes to our home to complete the service.

Last week when we were out shopping in the middle of town one of the front wheels of my wife’s scooter fell off. After a quick phone call to Meadow Mobility they advised it was serious and to bring it straight back, on inspection the scooter needed a bit more than a quick fix so they provided a complimentary replacement scooter while repairs were made. The scooter was just out of warranty, but Meadow Mobility negotiated a free replacement part with the manufacturer and we collected the ‘up and running’ scooter a few days later. Brilliant service and brilliant problem resolution.

We can confidently recommend Meadow Mobility without hesitation for their good Sales and after Sales service.

many thanks for looking after my mums mobility scooter after the axle stub bolt sheared while she was using it. Nice to have a replacement to use while waiting for the part to arrive with you. many thanks for your help.

Paid £70 call out to be told scooter beyond economic repair. I should have been told which part was actually broken! So I googled the problem to find out what was broken, bought a refurb axle for £50 and fitted it myself. It's now working perfectly. Why couldn't they do this?

I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Meadow Mobility. I went for a consultation in March to look at a new manual wheelchair and I cannot thank John enough for all the help that I received from him as he listened and took his time. I picked it up this week and I'm so happy with my new wheelchair. Thank you so much

I had a problem with my mobility scooter and rang Meadow Mobility and they were so helpful and polite
Especially a man called John he solved our issue saving us a lot of money .One company we rang said it was the battery,but it wasn’t that it came up saying there was an error.So John solved it straight away.
Would definitely used there services in the future.Highly recommend them .
