Not worth it...
I purchased a hair repair shampoo set for €75 from MD Plus Bio. In addition, I was charged €25 for shipping to Ireland, followed by another €36 for customs duty and FedEx handling fees.
Frankly, the overall cost was far from justified. The product is heavily marketed around a so-called “unique” blend and makes strong claims, yet these claims are not supported by references to specific published clinical trials. The product descriptions focus on general feature explanations and ingredient benefits without providing meaningful scientific validation.
Important details are also missing, such as the concentration of active ingredients (for example, how much saw palmetto or other actives are actually included), as well as transparency regarding the exact peptide, botanical, and vitamin composition and their clinically tested efficacy.
Ultimately, the level of scientific evidence supporting the advertised effects is not clearly communicated to consumers. Considering the high price and lack of transparent proof of effectiveness, I do not find the product value acceptable. There are comparable hair care products from more established and trusted brands available at lower prices.
I will not purchase from this brand again and would not recommend it to others.
