Bad experience
Very poor experience. Communication is terrible, agreements are not honored, and professionalism is completely lacking. When you confront them about broken promises, they respond with vulgar and disrespectful language. In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy rental company, and I cannot recommend it.

Since this review does not present the full context, we believe it is important to clarify the facts for future readers.
Your reservation was made under our "or similar" policy, which is clearly stated on our website and in our rental terms. While you requested a Volkswagen T-Roc, you were provided with a Hyundai Tucson, a vehicle from the same category. To further accommodate your preference, we informed you that as soon as a T-Roc became available, we would replace the Tucson at no additional cost.
We also provided the baby seats free of charge as a courtesy, despite them not being included in the rental price. Regarding payment, requesting payment at the beginning of the rental is standard practice throughout the car rental industry. Even so, we remained patient and professional throughout our communication.
Your review also mentions broken promises, disrespect, and a lack of professionalism. We strongly reject these allegations. At every stage, our team communicated with you, explained the situation, and offered practical solutions. Our conversations remain documented and reflect a professional and respectful approach.
We have already responded to your Google review with a detailed explanation of the events. Seeing the same accusations repeated here, without acknowledging the full context or the solutions that were offered, is unfortunate.
Out of respect for the relationship we shared over the years, we will not discuss the many occasions where we chose flexibility and understanding rather than strictly applying our standard policies. That is simply not how we believe a professional company should treat its customers in public.
