Jake was very helpful over the phone and explained everything thoroughly and explained the whole process to make it easy for me to follow instructions

All reviews I submitted regarding MDC Canada were removed after a few weeks without justification. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. In my experience, MDC Canada engaged in deceptive practices by soliciting positive reviews before services commenced and after collecting over $400 in fees.
It is also deeply concerning that two separate reviews I posted were deleted by Trustpilot, suggesting a lack of due diligence in properly investigating the complaints raised by consumers. These actions undermine trust in both the company and the review platform and warrant closer scrutiny.

Much like some people have already…
Much like some people have already mentioned, they are extremely pushy when it comes to securing payments. And this for me was grounds to withdraw my application after the canadian immigration eligibility evaluation section was completed. I paid 499 dollars for a service, which, to be honest, could have just gotten AI to tell me the same thing.
I have requested a refund but I'm expecting them to ignore this request since they've done it to countless others. So the bank dispute avenue is most likely the way forward. On this topic, when it came to the payment method, the lady I spoke to told me that card payment was better and secure, despite the bank transfer being an option, not to mention cheaper. This should have been a red flag at the time.
I had countless phone calls on my birthday this weekend, and I had my son stay with me who was not very well. Although the lady that called appeared sympathetic, she then later called me over 10 times whilst putting my son to bed! This was almost my birthday. So on top of carrying out usual fatherly duties, I had these idiots constantly phone me demanding the extra payment.
When I spoke to the same woman today to explain that I do not wish to carry on with the application she tried a number of scare tactics. Such phrases like "This will most likely result in you being rejected into entering the country in the future" and similar ones thereafter.
Update on this. They offered my a refund in the form of a goodwill gesture. Not the full amount mind you. Told me on the 27th January that it can take within 28 days to process. I chased this up around the 18th February. No response. Sent another message chasing it on the 2nd March. Nothing. Only when I disputed this with my bank did they take it seriously. They then had the audacity to claim that they already processed the refund. And maybe I should have brought it up sooner for it to be resolved! When I replied and told them they haven't made any attempt at refunding anything. Nor have they acknowledged any of the follow up emails, they went quiet. Just plain crooks people. Don't use them!

They take advantage of people's weakness for greener pasture and collect their heard earned money in the presence of easy and eligible pathway visa application. They hide tge truth and sell stories you want to hear. The next thing, they start pestering you with calls for payment. I paid 400usd dollars for a family application that never saw the light of the day. Please let them refund my money.

I want to give big shoutout to Martin Silva, I am lucky to have him as my caseworker, very attentive to details, relax and always to giving the best advice on my application, I know the Visa process is still on, but I am confident with his professional skills and how helpful he has been, I’m going to have a successful application. Once again Thank you Martin. 👍😀

A predatory service forcing you to sign agreements on the spot that absolve them of responsibility while sending more and more amounts of money, using psychological tactics

Not what I was expecting, I think it's better if you just do yourself the research and get your own paperwork to be honest.
