Auto-renew and no answer
The company auto-renewed the service for € 549. We hadn't use the service for months and months.
We tried email 5 times, to our previous contact and also several different emails. No answer.

We've been using MDBReact Pro for years now and I can honestly say it's been a great experience for our team. A consistent and reliable product, along with their customer support & simple docs makes this an easy choice.
Thanks yall!
I was hired as Director of Marketing for a SaaS startup. They kept asking me why their sales CRM wasn’t being shown in any of our marketing materials. I decided, that in order to do my job effectively, I had to tap into my knowledge of product, front-end development, and UX/UI. Seeing Bootstrap as an efficient route and being so fond of Google’s material design library, I found myself on the MDB website. A decade later(after reskinning the entire system), it is still in use for their sales CRM.
I am a software developer that uses MDB and it s very simple but powerful tool that also any developer can use to make the software systems better. It has so many modules that you can use to make your software elegant but not overly complicated.
We have been a satisfied MDB customer for 3 years. The UI kit has enabled us to quickly achieve stable and high-performance results on several occasions. Without using the MDB toolkits we would have needed significantly more time. The documentation and the abundant templates on the MDB website, which inspired us, are very helpful. This is the optimal tool for us. We are not perfect in implementation, which is not because of MDB, but rather because we are not web designers, but thanks to MDB we are learning and constantly getting better. We look forward to further collaboration.
I have continued to use MDB because of the support.
On the occasions when I ran into difficulty, I posted a support ticket knowing that within 24 hours I would get a response. Some of the replies were explaining how to do something that was not always explained in the documentation. On other occasions I was pointed in the right direction where I was unaware of or misunderstood something.
Keep up the good work!
I wanna thank you for this great tool (MDB) that helped me a lot to create my own website. In the near past i was struggling with styling a page, creating modals, offcanvas and many more features, but with MDB the work simplified! Am looking forward to creating more websites and apps using your codes. Thanks again!
I am using MDB on all my new projects, even migrating elder ones to MDB. MDB and its plugin components often helps me in reducing designer costs because one can build good looking websites by just using those standardizied components.
However diving deeper into MDB is some goal i plan to achieve for a longer time. This means customizing MDB (colors, paddings/margins, fonts) and extending some components. Some parts of that goal i have managed to work. Some not. It gets more complex for me when you have to use a lot of tools, which i am not familiar with.
We owe a significant part of VisionStream's success to our partnership with MDBootstrap. The seamless integration of MDB's responsive design eliminated the need for extensive media queries, ensuring a flawless user experience across devices. Time efficiency became a hallmark of our development process, thanks to MDB's pre-built components. Learning and using MDB's classes have been a breeze, providing an intuitive and user-friendly experience for our development team. The customization flexibility allowed us to design four distinct themes effortlessly, giving VisionStream a unique and polished look that aligns perfectly with our brand. The consistent and modern UI/UX, facilitated by MDB's comprehensive library, elevated the overall aesthetic appeal of our application. Even when dealing with intricate components like calendars and data trees, MDB's simplicity made the implementation a joy for our team. This collaboration has not only expedited our development but has also positively impacted the morale and productivity of our team. MDBootstrap has truly been an indispensable partner on our journey, turning the vision of VisionStream into a remarkable reality.
It proved very useful for building internal dashboards & administration panels.
The optimization possibillities are huge.
Theming could be improved, to make all components customizable via a single scss/skin file.
Very nice little note to give your opinion on MDB.
Personally I like MDB, even if I still use Adobe Dreamweaver in parallel, which I started with.
I got started with Bootstrap and MDB 4, and I had a little trouble upgrading to version 5, because I have a lot of pages to modify.
My goal with MDB is to be able to work quickly, because I have to carry out several tasks to set up my information: go on a report to , take the photos and finalize the report with a page corresponding to the subject of the report: museum, transport , ski resorts, curiosities to see, visit to castles, festivals, etc, etc....
So for me, spending time in front of my screen is a bit of wasted time.
My experience with MDB is satisfactory, even if sometimes I have to look for some tips elsewhere on the web.
Currently, I am completely redesigning one of my sites and it is taking time.
I don't think I'll change to another program and I will continue to use MDB for quite some time.
Not 5 stars, because that would be the pinnacle, and I don't know anything that could be absolute perfection, so 4 stars is perfect for me.
In our team we got the pro subscription 2 years ago. We canceled it today. We started building our own components and using alternative libs for I.e. dropdowns, date pickers, ... .
General experience:
- Weird ways to configure components
- Some "Components" you can use according to their docs are just regular divs with html attributes & css classes so no specific framework support
- Have to use hacky css & js solutions to get what you want
- Very limited documentation
- Slow support when you find a bug
- It was a hell unsubscribing, you have to go through 8 steps and everything in the UX is done to not make you unsubscribe
They have good components for Angular, but their support is horrible. I feel like it's half a dozen people over in Europe that are overwhelmed with bugs and support requests. When I bought a pro license it took over a week to access to their GitLab repositories to download the packages because apparently my emails were going to their junk folder and the process is not automated. I had to open a support request on their forum and ping them day after day until it was resolved. Months later on a project, suddenly npm install will stop working because your personal access token has something wrong with it to download their library.
Worst experience I've ever experienced
They have lots non-connected framework libraries (react, angular, html), some documentation lays in one place, some in another.
Their license is very shady: you may buy the code, but it turns out the examples and start-pack, you need to upgrade the license.
I just thrown their library away as I don't want to end up stuck because third-party library dependency.
For the most part the mdbVue components provided are good but the so-called premium support sucks! and documentation is very thin. Queries on the forum can take over a minute to load even on a gigabit link and often timeout. Also the support answers are often vague and lack examples.
Their 'pro support' is quite useless.
Takes forever for them to respond or assist.
Fine product, some of the libraries they make have a lot more potential and seems half-finished (the Bootstrap select library - love the design, but feature-wise some very basic things are missing). Fine support as well.
MDB is like playing with Lego and is really hard to make a bad layout.
Great job team!
Great documentation, minimalist design, and a multitude of practical examples. I would like each project to be so well adapted to the needs of programmers.
