First time ordering from here and will most definitely be ordering again! Md boots went above and beyond to help me out 💙 I ordered boots and relieved them 2 days later... everything was perfect except one of the plates had a crack on them. I was aware they don't do refunds but messaged to let me know anyway.... I was offered a new pair right away and they were sent out the next day 🤗 kept in contact with me daily of updates on the new boots. They even threw in some freebies.... really don't think I would have got such good service from a shop! Fantastic customer service from start to finish.... I now know where I will be ordering my sons boots from now on!

Ordered a pair of black predators last Friday. Delivered to me in Gibraltar today (Wednesday). Excellent service and delivery. They delivered exactly what they promised to in double quick time. Cannot recommend them highly enough

UPDATE they agreed to refund my money and they have done so. They do stand behind their product.

Placed an order over six weeks ago have yet to receive it. They are very hard to contact. They are located in China and are slow to respond to E-Mail and when you do get an E-Mail it is always the same response. On my order it is lost in shipping but they claim according to their tracking it was delivered. It was not. They are refusing to refund my purchase or ship another product.

Purchased various boots and bits off mdboots. Always top quality service. Faultless everytime
