I hate going to the doctor
I hate going to the doctor, especially during cold and flu season so using MDAnywhere made it easy to get a refill without having to go to the doctor. Affordable up front price was the cherry on top

All prices are listed upfront on the website and there are no hidden fees or subscriptions. The telehealth model is great for those who want to save time, gas, unable to leave home, or those who may not have insurance.

Hello. Sorry to hear if you had technical issues. At MDAnywhere, a patient is never charged if they cannot be treated. Prescriptions are electronically sent, a confirmation by the pharmacy is received on our end and then the patient is charged. If you are a patient, please log into your account to check messages and treatment summary. You can always calls us at 1(800)-632-4981 to check on the status of a treatment as well. We are more than happy to contact the pharmacy to see what the hold up may be on their end.

Greatest way to obtain MAINTENANCE MEDICATION refilled or ANTIBIOTICs etc… As long as your maintenance meds are non narcotic( no ADHD/ obviously non controlled etc…) it is a great website and awesome physicians. I wish they were my primary care physicians.. I’m still WAITING TO SEE MY local GP ( primary care physician). It’s been months, out here in Southern California/. So THANK YOU MDANYWHERE

great model for simple medical care
Things I liked: 1.) for simple conditions great fast easy way to get diagnosis and prescription 2.) Avoid hassle of dealing with insurance 3.)Prices are posted beforehand and it states (although I have not had the chance to test) that if they can't treat you won't be charged. Things to be aware of: 1.) I think the entire diagnosis is answering the pre-questions. The doctor merely hand waves approval. I suppose they could make these even better with an ai model for diagnosis. Things I wasn't too keen on: 1.) I answered the questions, gave my credit card # and 15 min later got an email "your treatment is done". I found that a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. It would be nice if there were some follow up instructions.

However, to keep all information private and secure, the patient must log into their MDAnywhere account to view their treatment history and after care instructions if applicable.
