Absolutely a scam. They take a monthly payment, but no services are provided. The "Portal Login" is a defunct page that goes nowhere. They have no customer support email, phone, etc. The "support" email address just continuously tries and tries till the email system just stops trying to send. There's a Discord page but, they won't let you message there unless you join the page, which they never approve. A complete scam company.
