Cannot recommend MC Planning enough.
So much easier than local authority building control
Always on hand for any help or advice.
When you consider the overall build cost of any project the cost of instructing MC is a drop in the ocean

Having used MC Plan & Site Services for multiple projects over the last 11 years (in both a personal and professional capacity), I have repeatedly experienced their professionalism and service to be second to none. The entire team of Inspectors are knowledgeable and personable, with the office support team responsive, clued-up and polite. As a client of MC Plan, I have always felt supported and informed throughout project lifecycles, and do not hesitate to recommend their services.

Wouldn't use anyone else!!!!
During the post Covid fallout, we had a ground floor kitchen extension built. We received the BEST service from Mark at MC and whenever an issue arose he was always on hand to offer his expert advice. A smooth and stress free process from a great Building Control team and I bet not many people can say that about their building works! Easily contactable and providing a great service, they offer a far superior service to anyone else we contacted, and great value for money. We always recommend them to all our friends and family.

Signed off unsuitable work
Used this organisation for my rear extension. Despite it being blatantly obvious the rear soakaway was only two metres from my property the Inspector said that was fine and signed off the work. I now have the expense of getting it replaced at the correct Building Regulations distance of five metres. Avoid!

Excellent Building Control Consultancy
We used this firm in 2018/19 for a complicated building extension & internal alterations project and found them both highly professional and very reponsive. In addition they were very helpfull in resolving queries etc.
Would not hesitate to recommend them. Mike
