Easee One Socketed EV Charging Unit

The fitters were great - all went smoothly on the day and two really nice lads.

Some delay due to uncertainty re the ‘meter tails’ and whether they needed upgrading in addition to the fuse. (The fuse cost us an additional £140 with Northern Power Grid). We discussed the ‘tails’ issue with our own electrician and later the guy from Siemens (contracted by NPG); the latter confirmed that an upgrade to 25mm tails is unnecessary if the fuse is below 100 amps (our new fuse is 80 amps).

Glad to finally be up and running and all going well - our hybrid GLC battery charges in 1.5 hours👍.

Had problems because my power supply was looped but McNally did every thing got in touch with Power Grid for me and it was sorted, install was great, lads did great job, no mess in home would have given more stars.

The Easee charger is working great thank you.
Your service start to finish has been second to none. Engineer was fab and left it very clean.

Had 4 points installed at our workplace, this involved groundwork and reinstating tarmac. The engineers were fast, friendly, efficient and tidied up after themselves!
I would recommend McNallyEV without hesitation!

Got a quote for an Indra Smart Pioneer on 21st Dec, as they were seemingly the only installers to offer this product. It took them over a month to give me an install date, which was in late February. Two weeks before install I was told they're no longer installing the Smart Pioneer as they weren't happy with the product, so I reluctantly agreed to go for the Smart Pro instead. Then four days before install they tell me they don't have it in stock and couldn't say when it would be back. Now they're ringing me asking for a different customer. What a farce. Compare this to eFaraday who have it in stock and immediately gave me an install date a mere two weeks away.

I'd heard that getting an EV charger was a time consuming, frustrating process but that wasn't the case.
Communication from McNallyEV was clear and the process was easy. The installer was friendly and did a great job.

Great service start to finish. The engineer was late but mcnallyev contact me to let me know he had been delayed which wasn’t an issue. Wall box was installed and the app set up. Everyone has been extremely professional and I’m so glad they got me in before the Grant ended.

Very pleased with the service and my Zappi charger. Working just as advertised and a good professional fitting service.

After receiving a good quote and instructing McNally to proceed I was impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they dealt with everything.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and clean and installed as per my wishes leaving only a small amount of tidying up for me to do.
Friendly and courteous communication from the office.
On the whole a very pleasant experience.

Highly Recommended. McNallyEV have been amazing throughout the process from the initial contact with the lady in the office to the engineer who fit my charge point. I have even contacted them back after to ask a question regarding the app and they were so helpful at finding the answers. I had other companies issue me quotes, but were not interested in answering any of my questions regarding the install and it was lucky I fell across McNally EV who settled all my anxiety about where cables would run from etc as I was so particular on how I wanted it to run. I really cant recommend this company enough. Thank you all so much your staff are a credit to you.

Jordan the EV engineer was punctual, polite, very tidy and professional. The install went without complication and Jordan carried out a full and detailed explanation of the charger. 5 star service from start to finish, highly recommended.

Great support from initial enquiry, through to submitting all required information to installation and commissioning of my charger.
I had a small delay due to a part not arriving on time, but when it did the engineer was there promptly to finish the installation off.

McNallys fitted an original Rolec wall charger back in April 2019 under the governments scheme. We have had some ongoing issues with the unit of late but McNallys have always been easy to deal with and honest and upfront about everything. They no longer sell Rolecs probably due to unreliability issues but are still doing everything they can to support customers like myself which I appreciate. I highly recommend these guys for all your EV charging needs at home or at work

I have recently had a car charger for my EV car fitted. The work was done on time and very efficiently by a team of three technicians. I have nothing but praise for a job well done.

Installers apparently not familiar with the product they were installing. They didn't know how to register the hub, didn't know how to position solar sensors correctly and managed to scratch charger during fitting. Also failed to take away packaging rubbish. Unimpressive.
