Ordered on 18.7.25 .never received order. Order summary 276JA - C18UW 311BX.Told me it had been delivered. After months if emails they stopped answering my messages.

Never received my order
Never received my order. Was told it had been delivered and to ask my neighbours if they had it. What a joke! Emailed them multiple times chasing the order and I was getting answers until I pushed for a refund was told their system updating and refund would be processed after that, but a week went by, so chased again, no reply, chased again a few days later, still no reply!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAMMERS.
Luckily I used PayPal. Now this is a company you CAN trust.

Waited 35 days and never received, but they said it was delivered, we are disabled and are in all the time and we have cctv , these are scammers, I would give no star rating but it won't let you
