The auto renewal of this company is a joke. Taking money out of peoples account is basically theft for auto renewal which is never made clear .
Website is cumbersome to use and no facility to cancel on platform .

I subscribed to this antivirus service with auto-renewal enabled. This year, three months into my subscription, I decided to cancel the auto-renewal since I no longer needed it. I called customer support, expecting a simple cancellation of future billing. Instead, they completely canceled my account and active subscription, leaving me without protection and without a refund—even though I still had nine months left!

This is a scammy and deceptive practice. Nowhere was it stated that canceling auto-renewal would result in losing my paid subscription immediately. Customer support was unhelpful, and I was essentially told, “too bad.”

If you’re thinking of canceling auto-renewal, beware—you might lose what you already paid for! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have McAfee virus, this is hacker and virus producer who demand you to purchase its licence or they send virus. Anyone helps?

Avoid like the plague. Got onto my pc courtesy Microsoft and totally screwed up with spurious messages about Trojan horses which did not exist. Also bombarded me daily with reminders that my licence had expired which I dodmt have anyway. Took me an hour plus to
Tell someone I donate want anything to do with Mcfee and another hour to clear the registry of various Mcdee files.

I will never buy any device with mcafee installed. After the software subscription expires, the mcfee ad blocks access to computers on average every half hour with a request to extend the subscription. This aggressive and shameless marketing policy caused me to sell my computer and laptop with mcafee installed. I advise everyone against buying a computer with mcafee installed

The company from hell, i'm being spammed,on a daily basis, many times a Day,I tried to Block,phishing, unwanted,unsubsribe , 100 of times, they keep going, like you as a costumer dont matter, spam,spam ,spam again and again, there is No way to get rid of them, they should be banned from doing business at all.Never buy from this company they wont leave you alone, they are like a horror company from your worst nightmares...

decided to try so called free virus protection , said could have one month free , and took the money straight away , and i cant cancel , very bad practice , not free month signed me up mfor a year , going to my bank tommorow to stop anymore payments .
