Have used McEvoy and Rowley for years for our appliances and they are GREAT. Competitive when you consider the all round service with disposal and installation which obviously you pay for but always great team members. Pleasant staff, excellent communication. Very reliable and eager to help, especially Max who I dealt with the last couple of times.

The best service I have received in a long time from this company. Excellent advice from Max and my product was delivered within two days to Yorkshire by a very pleasant gentleman. Altogether a great,trouble free purchase. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Thank you.

My cooker broke just before Xmas rang McEvoy &Rowley they supplied me with a new one delivered fitted old one taken away all on Christmas eve.What a great company excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Went through the entire process of comparing the standard retail kitchen brands with the more personalized, not "off the shelf" McEvoy and Rowley approach.

For only a small difference in price you get so much more from McEvoy and Rowley and a premium new kitchen that I love and fits perfectly around all the nooks and crannies of an old house.

Our freezer packed up late one night last week . Thanks to Mcevoy and Rowley and their very helpful staff , we had a brand new one installed in our kitchen by midday the following day. No food lost

We are a local property developer and have used McEvoy and Rowley on the last seven luxury four bedroom properties. In all of the above properties McEvoy and Rowley have designed and built luxury traditional kitchens, utility rooms and supplied an extensive range of high quality appliances including recirculating induction hobs wine coolers.

We recognised that Kitchens and Utility Rooms have a major influence on purchasing new build properties. McEvoy and Rowley's lead kitchen designer worked closely with us to agree the best design both from an aesthetic standpoint and to position key areas to maximise access. Everyone that has visited these properties has commented on the quality and innovative design of the kitchens and utility rooms.

We have to comment on the outstanding contribution of their kitchen designer, the installation team and for the support of the Managing Director throughout the programme. It is nice that even after handover you have been only too willing resolve the small number of very minor issues.

Ordered a new dishwasher at 9pm on Sunday and had it installed and working by 4pm on Monday, all at John Lewis prices. Can’t fault the service.

I found this company absolutely for washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers etc. We needed a new washing machine. They talked us through products available, delivered within a couple of days. (Actually offered next day delivery but we were not ready). Installed new machines, went through controls etc. Really helpful and prices very competitive.

5 star service, as usual. Our washing machine finally time expired on Saturday morning. Less than 48 hours later we have chosen the replacement, had it delivered and installed, and the old one taken away. How could that possibly be bettered ?

We bought a replacement dishwasher from them. The price was very competative, they installed and disposed of the old one 2 days later. The guy who installed it Clive was brilliant - clean & tidy install. He wasn't flustered when he came upon an issue that the flooring was installed after the original dishwasher was - he just gently worked the old one out and carried on.
Excellent customer service does still exist - well done !!!
