Stan was so patient and explained Pensions in a language that I could understand. He is extremely approachable and made the process seamless. I've been using McDowell Financial Services for nearly 25 years and they provide a consistently high-quality service. Stan is very good at keeping me informed of the progress of anything that he is working on and is very quick to reply to any correspondence. Stan and Michele were as always very helpful and stayed in contact during all of our dealings, wither in person during the consoltation, on the phone or via email. we were kept up-to-date at every step of the process, which went extremely smoothly form our point of view. They took the stress out of the re-mortgage process.
