This is the second time I ordered from this company. And the last one. After waiting for a tire for one week they still can’t say when it’s going to delivered.

Promising a few days on their website doesn’t exactly help when (A) the order takes a couple of days more before it’s sendt, and (B) it in addition will take between three and five days at least at the local post office.

I’ll be glad to pay the few extra bucks to get the tire within a couple of days instead of waiting two to three weeks and have to park the bike in the meantime.

My advice would be to never order from these people at all. The alternative really can’t be worse when it comes to deliverance and customer service. In addition I can see from the answers on the other complaints here that they are trying to excuse themselves. But there’s not one single hint to them actually improving.

Stay clear and use someone else. For your own pleasure. Their repeated “sorry” comments here on Trustpilot is a bad way of saying that they probably never will improve.

Despite having promised a 3-5 day delivery, they have soooooo much to do these days so the tire still isn’t sendt. Adding the delivery days from whatever country it’s in to my country, and home delivery it’s expected that the delivery actually takes two to three weeks.

Before they post their automatic “we are sorry” text here. How exactly is that going to help us when we are depending on the tire and can’t ride until it’s delivered? It might be naive to believe your “3-5 days”, but it’s *your* promise. It ours.

Trustpilot really needs to ad negative ratings for scammers like MCDackonline and Delticom AG

Sorry to say that I can't give them 0 stars.

Ordered a front tire, and it never came. When I called customer service, he was very rude and told me "I don't know if you understand where you have called to. And when I asked "what's the point of customer service if you can't help the customers, are you only there to inform us that your services is totally bad?" And the answer was "yes".

So.

1. Late shipment.
2. Delayed in two countries.
3. Delayed in the final and third country.
4. No help from customer service what so ever.
5. No money back for at least 10 days.

Still haven't gotten a tire, and I'm leaving for my summer vacation in 12 hours. Having to buy another tire- another place.

Warning!! Do *not* buy from these guys!!!

I ordered a front- and a rear-tire, Pirelli Scorpion Rally, from Mcdackonline.se. I got a wrong front tire and returned it after a conversation with the local customer support. On their advice I did send a picture of the required tire - copied from there website - to make sure I would get what I payed for.

An identical tire was delivered a second time…

I called their customer service again and met a very rude male person. He called me stupid and told me I was to blame for getting the wrong tire twice and asked me to pay for a new tire again before I got the first tire refunded - a process normally taking 30 days, according to their "customer service”. He also added it was stupid of me to think the tire on the picture on your website was the same one as the order...

Since I didn’t like being abused by their customer service and could not accept paying for two tires when I only needed one and had not seen a single one so far, my only option was to cancel the order.

Unless you get a kick of being badly treated and abused - choose another company for your tires on the net.

I received new delivery date on 26 August. That was much better...

Placed order 17 august yes I know it was on Saturday but on Wednesday 21 August I received order conformation and delivery date will be 28 August. Seriously?? They say 2-5 days delivery time on the web site - forget all about that!

You spare some few dollars but not worth it if you are in a hurry much better off buying tyres from your local workshop instead

Warning to any MC driver.
Bought 2 new tires from mcdaeckonline.com and upon delivery one tire was dry and cracked in several places. After a long dialogue back and forth, I stand with a tire that mcdackonline.com will not replace in any way. In my opinion very poor service and unprofessional handling from mcdackonline.com

- There should be more tires to choose from.

Delivery on time och with a protective plastic film around the tires.
Purchased a pair of Pirelli Rosso III. They are in nice condition and fresh (rear tire from maj 2020, front tire from december 2019).
So all well and pleased.

New tires with fast shipping😊👍

I still had to pay transaction costs although the tires that I had paid for could not be delivered. Something the faulty party should have paid for.

One of the tires ordered was not available despite status saying that is was, so they planned to send only one of two tires, but I managed to cancel that.

When asking about when they will have them in stock again, I got a computer generated response about pricing which I did not ask :o

My conclusion is that it will not be possible to get accurate information about their stock either via website or email.

I have no problem with an item being out of stock but with getting irrelevant computer generated responses to questions asked about stock and deliveries.

OK. Ordered a front and a rear wheel. Was shipped as two separate parcels. One was delivered to my house, I had to pick the other one up at a service point in spite of having received confirmation it would be delivered to my home. Would appreciate faster and more accurate delivery.

That is real easy to accept.

Easy to find tires that fitted my bike and easy to compare different price ranges. Delivery time was 7 workdays which was a a bit too long. The tires were on stock according to the home page but were actually sent from their supplier. Would have been good to know that already when I ordered.

Second time I've used mcdackonline.com and I'm more than satisfied once again. They are the cheapest I could find and they do deliver in time. Within a few days, I had my tires delivered in Sweden!

I think that the title says it all. If you are looking for any kind of tires for your bike, look no further. I ordered on the Friday and had the tire in my hand on Tuesday morning, 3 days before the announced delivery date (from Germany to Sweden). Prices can’t be beaten, my local shop wanted almost 1000 SEK more for the exact same tire and even if I add the mounting cost they were still 750 SEK cheaper, so no worries there.
