If I could give -5 ⭐️ I would. Never received my order. Instead I received a package with a little toy in it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! It’s a SCAM!!!!!!!

📢📣📢HORRIBLE CLOTHING, Do yourself a favor, don’t buy this Brand. Its garbage. The tablecloth at the dollar store has better quality than this Clothing. Not only the product is awful, but so is the customer service. I’m trying to return the items and they are not even returning my emails.
This is a china based company , with very low quality standards and customer service. The pics are deceiving and how they sell their brand is a complete lie.

Terrible quality clothes and no reply when trying to get a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This company is a fraud. The clothing that they send is absolute garbage, they refuse to respond and will not accept returns (despite what they say their policy is). PayPal will not help in this case, as I was just informed, so be aware -- my advice - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Mccoyn.

If I could give zero stars I would. Impossible to return items, quality awful, fabric color inconsistent. Avoid at all costs.

This is a SCAM company . Filing a complaint with US Attorney General Office. Requesting that my bank do not pay. Do not purchase from this vendor. I will continue to post over and over to make others aware

Never buy from this store. The size is not accurate, the fabrics are not good quality, the colors of the fabrics are totally different. Imaging a yellow lemon dress that when it arrives turns out to be a mustard dress. That ugly?, Yes. They don't follow their own return policy, they never answer emails, and when I dialed to the phone number in the website it is a non working phone number. This Is A Total Scam.

I wish I had read all the reviews before I spent my money at Mccoyn. Quality was terrible, sizing was completely off, and most of the items are unwearable. Disappointing.

They also do not respond so returns are not an option. Lesson learned!

I wanted to return the clothes, because the size was not fitting. After 10 days, 5 emails, I still don't have any answer from their side. This site should be shut down.

Clothes ordered was terrible quality and not the right size, doesn’t look like the website. Return policy is a lie. There is no customer service team to contact for refunds. No one answers the email…

Scam!!! Not reliable! The clothes do not look like in the pictures. There is big problem with contact, no responses to the emails.

I won't spend too many words. The other reviews are already very accurate. I wish I found Trustpilot.com earlier, than I would have avoided such a loss of money patience and time.

Everything I purchased was a least 3 to 5 sizes smaller than advertised. An XL is more like a small to medium. I tried to return my items because they were all too small and got no response at all. I did dispute the charge with my credit card company and it took them about 2 months to get back to them and my charge is being upheld for clothing I have tried to return the day I received them in the mail. Buyer Beware, they do not honor their return policy as stated on their website. Do NOT buy from them.

Please, do t buy anything from this company!! The size horrible, the quality is nothing like you see and it is very hard for them tho get back to you if you want to return or exchange!! It is a fake!!

No response from customer service inquiring where my order was that was made in March 2023. I received the items today June 19th 2023 and the quality is dollar store quality, absolutely horrific and not at all like the pictures of the site. This company will take your money, take months to deliver the poorest quality clothing which the sizes are not accurate. An XXL is a XS. This is the worst clothing I have ever seen, the workmanship and the quality I would not use as a rag. Do not order from this company. You will be disappointed.

I have been trying to return one of the items I ordered. I send Mccoyn an email to inform them and ask about the return procedure. They answered my email asking about the reason for the return, I replied and asked for the return address again and since then I have not heard back. I send two reminder emails and it was been two weeks now since I first messaged them. For now I have the impression that it is a froud and that they are lying on their website about offering a return possibility. In Germany that is again the law, the law stipulates a 14 day return possibility for goods and services.
Do not buy from this store!

In case Mccoyn is getting in touch with me I will happily change this review.

Just adding up to the bad reviews already present here. Placed my order on 28 March, received the items in early June, despite of the many (all ignored) emails I sent. There is literally no customer service whatsoever behind this company. Everything you read on the website is a lie.

Now let's turn to the actual products: textiles are as cheap as a kitchen cloth (probably worse), full with loose threads and totally unfitting and transparent. Designs actually differ from those shown on the website.

So overall, not only to avoid, but to sabotage as much as possible.

I ordered a number of items from this company and they were nothing like the pictures- dreadful quality and fit!
Emailed three times to start the refund process but no response. Contacted PayPal for a refund and was advised to post the items back at a cost of £50.
Still awaiting my refund! Absolutely shocking products and service!
