Supporting local business is important, but so is being willing to communicate!
Let me begin by saying that we were very satisfied with a competitive price for our internal paint work. Having lived with the job for over 2 months, we are mostly satisfied with the job that was done. BUT...we had to request that areas be re-done or actually done in some places because they'd been totally missed, on several occasions. That we were ok with - nobody's perfect and things look different in different light. What we're disappointed with is the fact that since the job was completed on July 7th, 2026, we have been repeatedly requesting the team get back in touch with us regarding an unpainted area and a door frame from which paint stripped off the first time we closed it. After numerous phone calls, emails, texts and messages via their website, they have failed to respond. We did get a quote from them for some work outside before the original job was completed. Needless to say, we won't be using this company for that! We had several friends awaiting the completion of our job for a recommendation which we cannot and will not give. We're extremely disappointed with the company's poor communication skills and reluctance to respond to our concerns.
