McBookie Reviews

BEWARE SLOTS, no bounus rounds, each slot is similar with at least 20 spins before small win then nothing

The worst site ever you cannot have a decent bet limit you to 2.50 on tennis and 7 max on football absolute joke

Absolutely awful and don’t waste your time you can’t get anywhere they limit me to 2.50 on tennis and 5.01 on cricket withdrew my money absolute waste of anybodies time. Avoid at all costs

First of all I haven't made a deposit!! I'm very thankful I didn't I read the reviews but I'm always sceptical on reviews so signed up to the casino myself I was reading through there withdrawal rules and this is what it says!! You will not be able to make a withdrawal from your account until we have verified your identity.

Well that is alarm bells straight away because the rules are you can't make a condition on a withdrawal end off, so it's perfectly ok to make a deposit without doing your kyc checks but if you do a withdrawal then you've got to send everything in sorry you've got it wrong thank goodness I didn't Deposit any money I will be closing my account nothing gained nothing lost,I'm just for education purposes this is the rulesAge, ID and financial verification
WarningAll online gambling businesses must ask you to prove your age and identity before you gamble.
Our rules say that a gambling business can't ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point. However, there may be occasions where a gambling business can only ask you for information at that time in order to fulfil legal obligations.

Why don’t all gamblers film and screenshot their gameplay on slots at this absolutely disgusting site along with other rigged casinos and bookies and upload it across all social media platforms for all to see how corrupt these companies are! Total disgusting return to player on their slots! Thousands spent on this site and their slots just don’t pay! They have definitely tweaked these slots in house by reprogramming them so they do not pay out. Being a gambler for several years I have never put several thousand pounds on slots that have virtually given me nothing in return! This company needs looking into with an unannounced inspection because the Gambling commission and the Government are not doing enough to stop this corrupt so called entertainment business! The only entertainment that is going on, is these corrupt companies laughing all the way to the bank and preying on vulnerable people who work hard for their money! Zero stars would be more appropriate for this company along with others and they need calling out! Let’s hope one day they are found out!

Terrible odds offered when compared to other sites. They make you ineligible for promotions, simply for using the promotions that they offer.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Obnoxious, rude replies via email. I made a complaint against one member of staff and never received a reply. Still waiting.

Iv been gambling for 25years , an all ill say is don't play slots on this site there bad just swallow with no bonuses or pay outs different not checked or fair to the consumer stay away from mcbookie

THESE FRAUDSTERS JUST SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AFTER ASKING FOR NUMEROUS DOCUMENTS EVERY HOUR!

THEY SHOULD BE CLOSE DOWN IMMEDIATE EFFECT! HOW DARE THEY STEAL MY HARD EARNED MINEY WITH NO EXPLANATION

Recently had trouble using the app. Contacted customer support and unable to help so ended up closing my account

Bit of a scam. A housemate told me about this new site and it's sign up offer. So I deposited £5 and placed my bet. But no because we either stay in the same property or are family or use the same ip address I'm not eligible for the free bets! I certainly wouldn't recommend this as who's going to check if a family member etc has already signed up to a bookmakers online.. Customer service ain't any better.

Horrific odds on Australian/South Africa and french horse racing, worst odds of any betting site I use

Hardly any sporting markets offered

Avoid

Best betting site I have used. I normally have a punt on the horses. So BOG. The day before it's essential,.
Great customer service too

Only thing is you can't watch the your races. Would have Gave 5 stars. Keep up the great work

Thousands spend on this crap rigged online slots. Clearly noone is testing them slots. Omg how on earth you spend Thousands and wont get at least bonus . Pffffff worst experience.. plus they don't bother with responsible gambling at all . They should be investigated. Seriously .
Im fully aware slots are to make casino profit but honestly I've been gambling 20 years and never seen so bad irresponsible casino site literally they let you spend whatever you want like the old days on those rigged rtp slots

Crap online betting app, dunno how on earth people can say anything positive about it. Put a bet on and the screen just goes white trying to log back in, then no chance of a possible cash out. Horrendous app!!!!!

Deposited here, had a little win and made a withdrawal. Money was in my account within a few hours. They do require ID and proof of address verification but EVERY legitimate casino does these days! Most of the bad reviews on here are people who didn’t win or who don’t think the rules apply to them. Seems a perfectly reasonable place to play to me

I read all these negative comments after I joined and deposited and thought .What have I done.i won a couple of bets.and withdrew.money was in the bank within 1 hour.
Only thing I can complain about is the free bets are only for the Scottish.
